Our Tuesday Crew had another wonderful day together! ❤️

We started the morning with an awesome devotion on Esther and talked about courage, faith, and trusting God's plan even when life gets tough. What a great reminder for all of us!

Then it was GAME DAY! 🎉 We played Bingo, but not the way most people do. Around here, we play until EVERYONE wins! There were lots of laughs, cheers, and happy faces as prizes were handed out.

Of course, no Tuesday is complete without good food! A huge thank you to our very own Ms. Brenda for preparing a delicious meal for everyone. We are so grateful for the love she pours into every dish.

As always, thank you to our amazing volunteers who give their time, energy, and hearts to make days like this possible. We couldn't do it without you! ❤️

At our church, every child is loved, valued, and accepted exactly as God created them to be. We believe that every smile, every laugh, every happy flap, every question, and every unique personality is a beautiful reflection of God's handiwork.

Our special needs ministry isn't just a place to attend—it's a family. A place where friendships grow, hearts are encouraged, and everyone belongs.

And let's be honest... church is a lot more fun when our special friends are there keeping us on our toes, stealing our hearts, and occasionally teaching us more about joy than we could ever teach them! 😊

Jesus said, "Let the little children come to me," and we can't wait to welcome yours this Sunday.

We love your kids, we're thankful for your families, and we can't wait to see all those sweet faces this weekend! 💙

Our Tuesday crew would like to give a huge thank you to these amazing gentlemen for feeding us so faithfully over the last year or so. Every single meal that John and Ken have made has been with love, and our adults absolutely LOVE it! You can truly taste the heart and soul they put into every dish they serve.
Thank you for not only blessing us with incredible food, but for always showing kindness, generosity, and love to our group. We are so excited for you as you reopen the amazing Forte's Restaurant and we know it’s going to be a huge success!
We love and appreciate you all more than words can say. Thank you for taking such great care of our Tuesday family! ❤️

Our Tuesday Day Program was another amazing day filled with love, laughter, worship, and lots of fun! ❤️

As always, we started with a great devo and some absolutely beautiful worship. There is just something so special about hearing our friends sing praises — it’s some of the purest and most genuine worship there is. Their joy and love for Jesus shines so brightly every single week. 🎶🙌

Then it was time for one of our favorite activities… FUN WITH FOOD! 🍫🍪 Miss Joyce had everyone making delicious dirt cake, and let’s just say… I don’t think there was a clean mouth in the building by the end of it! 😂 Everyone had the best time mixing, tasting, laughing, and enjoying sweet fellowship together.

A huge THANK YOU to all of our incredible volunteers who help make days like today possible. Your love, patience, and servant hearts mean more than words can say. We are so blessed by each of you! ❤️

Today we want to shine the Spotlight on an incredible volunteer and an even more incredible person — Pam Brackett. ❤️

Pam has been such an important part of our Children’s Special Needs Ministry since day one. Her love, dedication, reliability, and servant’s heart have helped shape this ministry into what it is today. She has been one of our biggest cheerleaders from the very beginning, always encouraging, supporting, and loving every child and family that walks through our doors.

As a special needs mom herself, Pam brings years of experience, understanding, patience, and compassion to our ministry. She not only knows how to care for children with special needs — she truly sees them, loves them, and accepts them exactly as they are. Every child she meets feels valued, safe, and loved in her presence.

We are beyond thankful for everything Pam has poured into this ministry and into the lives of the precious kiddos she serves. Her kindness and faithfulness make a difference every single week, and we are so blessed to have her as part of the Spotlight family.

Thank you, Pam, for loving so big and serving so faithfully. We appreciate you more than words can say! 🌟

When ask why do you like serving in this ministry Pam’s response was: I love being able to help and love on other families with special needs the way CF welcomed and loved on Layne and my family without judgement.

✨Volunteer Spotlight✨

Today we want to celebrate one of the true blessings of our Adult Special Needs Ministry — our amazing volunteer, Mike Hoy.

Mike is such a vital part of our adults program and our ministry as a whole. He is always the first to step up and help in any way needed. Whether it’s coming early, staying late, hauling tables, loading vans, helping on outings, or taking care of the things nobody else even thinks about — Mike is always there with a willing heart and a servant’s spirit.

If something unexpected comes up and we need help out of the ordinary, Mike is our guy. He never complains, never hesitates, and always serves with kindness and humility.

This ministry truly would not be the same without him. Mike is the definition of being the hands and feet of Jesus, and we are beyond thankful for the love and dedication he pours into every person he serves.

Thank you, Mike, for all you do and for the incredible example you set every single day. We appreciate you more than words can say! ❤️

When we ask Mike what he loves about serving in this ministry his response was: The true LOVE that's given and received. The relationships.

Our CF special needs crew took on the Smokies game today… and apparently the weather wanted to be part of the fellowship too. 😂 Between the rain delays, snack runs, mascot hugs, and trying to decide if we were watching baseball or building Noah’s ark, we still had the BEST time together.

Honestly, that’s what it’s all about for us. No matter where we are, what’s going on, or what circumstances pop up, we’re going to laugh, spend time together, make memories, and enjoy each other’s company. ❤️

The Smokies staff and mascots were beyond kind, patient, accommodating, and made our kids and adults feel so welcomed and special. You could truly see the care they put into making sure everyone had a great experience.

Rain or shine, fellowship wins every time. ☔⚾ So thankful everyone who came got to participate, have fun, and make sweet memories together. These are the moments that matter most.

Thank you for the volunteers that travel around with us in our crazy adventures. We couldn’t do this without you.❤️❤️

Tuesday our group was full of faith, fun, and a little glue everywhere! ✨ Before craft time, we had an amazing devotion reminding us that God made every single one of us wonderfully unique and creative.

Then the crafting began… and let’s just say, Pinterest could never compete with this level of imagination! 😂 We may not all color inside the lines, but neither does God’s grace, and we are thankful for that every day.

We love watching friendships grow, laughter fill the room, and seeing God work through every smile, coloring pencil, and handful of fuzzy balls.

A huge THANK YOU to our amazing volunteers who show up each week ready to serve with love, patience, and probably stain remover. Y’all are truly the hands and feet of Jesus! ❤️
