Hope you have had a great week. Everyone worked hard this week. We cooked both Monday and Tuesday. We were blessed with two donations of Boston butt. Also donated was okra and chocolate cake. We are so thankful for our donors their donations allow us to use our funds to add extra to the family boxes. We added loaves of bread to 30 families This bread is donated by a wonderful individual every week. We included boxes or bags of pasta and tomato sauce. Some homes also received Ramen noodles.

If you would like to make donations or work with us on this mission we are at the church every Tuesday.

Most gracious Lord, we praise you. We thank you for our salvation granted by the sacrifice of your son Jesus. Thank you for our blessings this week. Thank you for our faithful workers and donors. Father bless the volunteers and keep them close. Father this coming Monday is a holiday please keep everyone safe.
Father we have a very long list of prayer requests please bless each one with healing and comfort as needed. Especially consider the cancer patients Lord they need your comfort. Please bless those who are mourning with the comfort of the Holy Spirit.

Hope you are having a blessed day. Our kitchen was full of volunteers and donated food this week. We had fifty five dozen eggs donated to our church this week. And all of our desserts too. We were truly blessed.

We prepared one hundred and ten meals this week. This week we prepared the full meal in one day. Oh my the volunteers worked nonstop. And as we worked our menu had to adapt to the time available. But isn't that how life is lived we adjust our plans to God's will.

Thank you to everyone who worked so hard this week. We missed one of our drivers. He's having surgery. We send him our love and we miss him. He drives deep into the small county roads praying for swift recovery and comfort during the days after surgery.

Patience is a virtue that we strive for daily. And I thought I had achieved this mostly. But it only took a husband sick and a broken hand to remind me I needed to work more on that skill. The ladies in the kitchen have stepped up and allowed me to learn to delegate. They have shown great patience with my frustrations. Love them all.

Dear Father, thank you for your patience with all of us. Thank you for your love. You are wonderful and we love you. Lord please bless all on our prayer lists. Lord please bless those in the infusion clinics who live near you daily. Comfort those in pain. Help us feed our people. Thank you for inspiring the volunteers to walk like Jesus in this troubled world. Thank you for our Christ and we ask in His name. Amen.

Hope you are having a blessed day. First I want to apologize if I make errors typing this message, it's hard to do with one hand and the phone keeps correcting my errors into different words.
This week we prepared 112 meals. We were blessed with volunteers and Rick had helpers in delivery. We have been doing lighter summer meals but this week we had a shortage of one of our salad ingredients because of the high prices at auction so we prepared a Chicken casserole.
The volunteers did all the cooking this week and I watched. I admit I had to be told numerous times to sit down and behave. They had some fun bossing me around for once. Love them all.
As always we are very grateful for our donors and volunteers. It is an amazing mission dedicated to giving our Lord the service He requires of His people. We make every effort to be humble and do not claim glory or praise for ourselves. We love God.

My God we thank you for your forgiving grace. Thank you for the Holy Spirit, and for our Savior Christ. Please bless those we serve, You know their needs. Father we also pray for healing for Arrow Hopper, Riley Owen's, Phylis Suggs, Joy Bullock and Carol Rogers. We also ask you to bless them with comfort and strength.

Dearest Lord I praise your name. Thank you for your blessings. Help us to be humble and know you are God. Amen.

First I need to apologize for not posting last week. Life has brought a rough spot in the road and we are attempting to adjust our life to a more slower pace.

A week ago we served 109 sack lunches to our friends. My aunt called our sandwich a Dagwood. The older generation will understand that compliment. We had a great time stuffing that sandwich as full as possible.

This week we serve 108 friends. We did a simple summer meal. A grinder pasta salad, watermelon, and cake. We packed that salad full of everything.

We really enjoy making these meals, there are normally 4 churches involved by volunteering or donating. And we've been so blessed and since we started we have never been out of food to prepare.

This is Cary writing today. And I need to take some space to praise my Lord and to thank the community for the blessings they have given to us. Last Saturday a group of men from the local churches showed up at our home and built a wonderful ramp. I don't know how to express how much joy it is to know that no matter how Carol is doing he has the way in and out safely. This weekend friends came by with some very tasty food, we enjoyed it for supper and lunch the next day. They make the best tri tips I have ever had. Thursday a husband and wife team came to our house and brought the most powerful spray washer I ever saw and cleaned the outside of our home. There is this feeling of relief and love that something I could not do was done by friends. I heard a conversation that there is a movement of loving and giving going on in Crofton. My Lord my prayer is that that movement grows and spills out to the world. Thank you Crofton friends.

Tuesday we served 110 meals plus lunch for the volunteers. We ask our blessed Lord to protect each of one we served and everyone of our volunteers.
This week was an intense week. We worked hard while also being concerned for one of our past volunteers who has been diagnosed with cancer. When we began he was our only driver and delivered every meal. We have him in our prayers and ask our Lord to hold him close.
The Lord has been so good to this little mission. It has brought together a community of worshipers of God. We are always amazed at the generosity of the churches and the people in our area.

Tuesday we served 104 meals. We were blessed with lots of fresh foods. Melon, cucumbers, tomatoes, corn and green beans. We served all but the green beans. The green beans were canned by one of our volunteers. We'll save those for a holiday meal.

Do you know someone who needs or wants a meal on Tuesday. We have a food mission which provides a full meal on Tuesday, we also make food boxes when needed. Contact anyone of our volunteers or the pastor of any church in the Crofton area.

One of the many blessings we receive every week in our work at this mission is the joining of multiple churches to make this successful. We come together and work and we all know that the work we do is to honor God and it's a humble attempt to walk here on earth as Christ walked.

Hope you are having a great day.

This week our volunteers prepared 107 meals for the community and sent home lunch with the volunteers.

We had a great day Tuesday. We had a volunteer who grilled our hot dogs for us. Isn't that so generous, in doing this it allowed us to have an easy day which we needed. We were in the kitchen 4 days last week so we were ready for an easy day. Another volunteer provided tomatoes to give out in our boxes.

Notice we celebrated our country's birthday with red white and a little blue on the cakes. The volunteers fixed up the hotdogs with a flag and stickers on the plates, Happy 250th Birthday to the USA.

Blessed Father thank you for your blessings. You are a great God and we love you. Thank you for your son Jesus and the sacrifices he made for us. Father bless the people we serve. We also hold up the people on our prayer list, one family especially needs the Comfortor this week. We thank you for the Holy Spirit who helps us constantly.
Lord you have given us a wonderful group of volunteers from several churches. Thank you for allowing us to experience the joining of different congregations who work in peace together. They are attempting to walk as Jesus lead.
Bless our next weeks endeavor. We will be back to working hard roasting turkeys donated to the mission. Thank you in advance for everyone who helps.

Last Tuesday we served 108 meals. It was our favorite meal chef salads and cake. We were blessed with donations of tomatoes, squash and cucumbers.

We had a busy week our volunteers worked hard on Monday and Tuesday chopping vegetables for the salads and preparing plates. Took Wednesday off, than back in the kitchen for VBS on Thursday and Friday night. Thank you to all who worked so hard.

We can never forget to thank our drivers. If you see them out tell them how good a job they do.

Hello! Tuesday we served 102 meals. We were blessed with a donation of grilled BBQ chicken from a generous donor. We send the donor our love and thank you for the help.

One of our drivers was gone on a trip this week so a special thank you to the drivers who took up the extra deliveries. We pray for the driver that is traveling and pray for the families that he and his wife go to visit. Oh his wife is also a volunteer in the kitchen. She organizes the cabinets when I mess them up, bless her heart.

Tuesday we sent out BBQ ribs to everyone, thanks to a couple who donated the ribs. We are so blessed with donations. This week our baked beans were donated and the squash. We were given green bean casserole and Mac and cheese. And the geneous ladies of the Christian Church donated all the cakes. The one thing you can always say about Crofton is that the people of the city are very generous people who give freely.

We served over 100 people again this week. If you need food or know someone who would like a meal on Tuesdays in the Crofton area please text the number attached to this page or contact any pastor in Crofton area and ask them to send your name to Community Outreach.

Blessed Lord we thank You for Your generosity. We thank You for Your son, Jesus. You are so good, we love You. Lord please bless the people we serve. Lord bless those who are in need. Bless the lonely and the aged. We pray for peace in the world. Please help the economy in all countries so food is easier to get.
