Now that the day is done, I want to give many thanks to Sacred Heart for 6 great years! Thanks for all your prayers and support and all you've done for my priesthood. I miss you already! But St. Peter's will be an exciting new adventure and I'm happy to serve where the Lord puts me. Wish me luck and be sure to pray for me! Pray more for Fr. Daro as your new pastor and show him all the love he deserves!

Ahora que se a acabado el día, quiero darles gracias a todos ustedes del Sagrado Corazón por estos últimos 6 años tan buenos. Gracias por sus oraciones, apoyo, y todo lo que han hecho por mi sacerdocio. Ya los extraño! Pero St. Peter's será una nueva aventura emocionante y estoy feliz servir donde el Señor me ponga. This Thursday, May 14th, is Ascension Thursday, which is a Holy Day of Obligation. We will have Mass at 5pm in English and 7pm in Spanish on Wednesday, and 8:15am in English, 12pm Bilingual, and 5:30pm in Spanish on Thursday.

Este jueves, 14 de mayo, es la Ascensión del Señor, que es un día de precepto. Ofreceremos la Misa a las 5pm en ingles y las 7pm en espanol el miércoles, y a las 8:15am en ingles, 12pm bilingue, y 5:30pm en espanol el jueves.

Good morning everyone! We have good news, great news, and greater news to share with you. The priest assignments have been made public as of 6am today, and the good news is that Fr. Izquierdo will be staying with us another year! The great news is that Fr. Stoley's tyrannical reign has come to an end. As of June 15, 2026, he will be pastor at St. Peter Parish in Lincoln. The greatest news, is that Fr. Doug Daro will be making a triumphant return to Crete as the new pastor. Please pray for all our priests, especially those making the transition to another parish this year! God bless!

¡Buenos días a todos! Tenemos buenas noticias, muy buenas noticias, y buenísimas noticias para compartir con ustedes. Los cambios de los sacerdotes fueron anunciados a las 6 de la mañana el día de hoy, y las buenas noticias son que ¡el Padre Izquierdo se va a quedar con nosotros otro año mas! Las noticias muy buenas son que el reinado tiránico del Padre Stoley ha llegado a su termino. El 15 de junio 2026, él se va para la parroquia de St. Peter's en Lincoln para ser párroco allá. Las buenísimas noticias son que el Padre Doug Daro regresará triunfalmente a Crete como el nuevo párroco. Por favor, oren por todos los sacerdotes, especialmente los que están en transición a nueva parroquia. ¡Dios los bendiga!
