Tuesday Devotion
We keep looking at J.D. Walt's.
Today, we are looking for 1 Corinthians 12:4–7 NIV
There are different kinds of gifts, but the same Spirit distributes them. There are different kinds of service, but the same Lord. There are different kinds of working, but in all of them and in everyone it is the same God at work.
Now to each one the manifestation of the Spirit is given for the common good.

We were ordinary people, taking God up on his promise to go before us with the words we needed to say and to give us the power we needed to minister in the name of Jesus.

Today, we are looking for John 8:9–11 NIV
At this, those who heard began to go away one at a time, the older ones first, until only Jesus was left, with the woman still standing there. Jesus straightened up and asked her, “Woman, where are they? Has no one condemned you?”

“No one, sir,” she said.

“Then neither do I condemn you,” Jesus declared. “Go now and leave your life of sin.”

Compassion is a power-filled demonstration that the kingdom of God is here.

Jesus has a mission that continues to this day. His mission is to come into union with the human soul so that you and I, by the Spirit of God abiding in us, can become like Jesus.

Today, we are looking for Matthew 9:32–33 NIV
While they were going out, a man who was demon-possessed and could not talk was brought to Jesus. And when the demon was driven out, the man who had been mute spoke. The crowd was amazed and said, “Nothing like this has ever been seen in Israel.”

At the name of Jesus, and in the presence of his Spirit, demons flee.

Updated News for the Sheep Farm Tour!

Due to the rainy and muddy conditions, we are cancelling today’s Tour of Watson’s Sheep Farm.

But here is the good news: we have already rescheduled it!

Friday Devotion

Today, we are looking for John 5:19 NIV
Jesus gave them this answer: “Very truly I tell you, the Son can do nothing by himself; he can do only what he sees his Father doing, because whatever the Father does the Son also does.”

Seeing what the Father is already doing in the life of a person is vital for those of us who want to participate in kingdom ministry.
