MISSIONS UPDATE

Hi everyone! It's been 14 weeks since Dave went home to Jesus. I want to thank each of you for your love, prayers and continued support. These past few months, I've been in deep grief and grieving with Jesus. I've been working with Intercultural Ministries and praying about where I go from here carrying on the missions Dave Ebert and I started as Improv Missionaries. It's been a whirlwind trying to get a grip on so much in such a short amount of time, but I've been able to hear the still small voice of the Lord in the midst of this storm.

These past couple of weeks, the Lord instructed me to simply preach the Gospel. Last week, His word to me was to take captive the fear of the unknown and that He has already equipped me to do that of which He has called me to do. For now, I will simply do this while I continue to work full-time. The Lord will build the platform and the mission.

I ask each of you to continue praying for me as I carry out God's calling on my life even in the midst of grieving. I also ask each of you to continue supporting me with monthly partnerships even during this time of transition. There will be further updates in the coming weeks and months. Please stay tuned for these future updates. Thanks!

This is not the end. God will still carry this great mission to completion. This field will still be harvested. The Hope of Jesus will still be shared. Hearts of stone will still be turned into hearts of clay. Testimonies of healing from trauma will still come forth and be shared. This is still just the beginning. In just the right time, the Lord will make it happen!

It was an awesome opportunity to speak at Chicago Child Evangelism Fellowship Christian Youth in Action. In a room full of young evangelists on fire for God and spreading the Gospel, Dave shared some improv and a message of encouragement for the innate value God has implanted within them. It was such a wonderful night!!!

The more you know, the more we can fight this. There is so much more. Thank you to for all your work in getting us this information.
Once the victims are rescued or have escaped, we come in and help in rebuilding the person. We cannot go if we are not sent.

We can't show their faces...but if you could see them. The burdens shed. The weight of the world set down. The light restored. Smiles and laughter abounding...freedom found...If you could see what we see...you would understand why I am so passionate....why we love this...why we're risking everything to make sure we can do this until they are all free.
It's why we are Improv Missionaries and why we are partnering with groups in Dallas and Tampa and Sarasota.

That's the estimated number of women and children being trafficked.
IN CHICAGO. ANNUALLY.
No matter how much Meta wants to limit our posts' reach, trafficking is a problem. The healing and recovery and reintegration into society for survivors is a problem.
The work of the Improv Missionaries is to help make the second issue easier.
