Moses: Courage Born of Faith [Hebrews 11:23-28]
Letter to the Hebrews - Shadow to Substance

Moses’ life shows us that courage is born from faith—faith that trusts God more than what is seen, feared, or temporarily gained. From the example of his parents to Moses’ own choices, we see a faith that values God’s promises above earthly treasures, obeys even in the face of fear, and looks beyond present circumstances to God’s eternal reward. Ultimately, Moses’ faith points us to the greater reality that when God’s judgment comes, our only refuge is found in the blood of Christ.

Come and See - John 1:35-51

John 1:35–51 shows us that discipleship begins with a personal encounter with Jesus. As people come to Christ, remain with Him, and experience His transforming presence, they naturally desire to bring others to Him. Jesus calls us not only to follow Him, but to invite others to “come and see” who He is.

The Offering of Isaac - Letter to the Hebrews - Shadow to Substance [Hebrews 11:17-19]

God tested Abraham’s faith by commanding him to offer Isaac, teaching that true faith trusts God even when obedience is costly. God provided the sacrifice, pointing forward to Christ’s sacrificial death and victorious resurrection.
