As it was mentioned in church this morning...Joe Shirley's Memorial Service will be this Saturday, April 25th at 2 pm at Crenshaw Baptist Church.

The church family will also provide a meal for the family following the service. Thank you for serving and loving this sweet family during their time of loss.

One of the things I love to watch is engineers using dynamite to implode a building. It truly is an amazing spectacle to watch a skyscraper or tall building come crashing down so neatly and succinctly. It demonstrates such power and ability to do something so marvelous.

Did you know that God gives His people the power and ability to do marvelous things as well? It’s true!

We’ve been studying the book of Acts, and this Sunday we will learn why God empowers His people with the Holy Spirit to do great and powerful things.

Please plan now to gather with us, and let’s learn together what Jesus is doing through us, His people.

Hello church family and friends….we wanted to let everyone know that we have a dear sister in our church whose daughter and family have lost everything in a house fire. We want to bless and encourage them during this time of crisis, so we will be taking up a love offering this Sunday.

If you would like to give we will have (2) offering plates at the front of the sanctuary by the piano and organ where you can drop off your financial gift to them.

Thank you for loving and serving this family during their time of hardship.
