The Chili Supper & Auction was a huge success. It was an honor to recognize the Hilton family for everything they have done for Mars Hill for over 40 years.
Thank you to the Reavisville First Baptist Church for use of the building, Dwight Crume & family for auction services, Terrie Sowell & Misty Clark for organizing the event,
Mark, Jerry & Vida Jewel Reavis & Jax Clark for setting up, Tim & Andy Reavis for cooking, everyone who helped in the kitchen, serving drinks & taking money, everyone who donated food & items to be auctioned off, the Mars Hill Board for their dedication & the work they do year round and most of all THANK YOU to our community.
Your support allows all the upkeep and improvements. You are amazing & appreciated.

The Annual Meeting will NOT be held at 3:00PM. The meeting will immediately follow the auction
Jerry Reavis has donated the cross and birdhouses. John Hash donated the Henry gun. Sam Sowell donated the table. Most donations come in the day of the event.
Serving begins at the Reavisville Baptist Church Family Life Center at 5:00PM. The auction will follow and we will end the evening with the annual meeting. See you soon!

Just a reminder that the Mars Hill annual meeting is at 3:00PM on March 7 at the Reavisville Baptist Church Community Event Center.
The meeting will be followed by the Chili Supper and Auction. We would love to see all our friends and neighbors there.

The Mars Hill Chili Supper and Auction is coming up soon. It’s four weeks from Saturday. We always have amazing donations. We will have Branson tickets, quilts, birdhouses, homemade baked goods and much more. We will be posting pictures as we get them. If you are planning to donate an item please put a picture in the comments.
This fundraiser is for upkeep and improvements to the cemetery and community building. We appreciate the community support.

The Mars Hill Cemetery Association, Inc. will be taking bids on the following projects:
1. Cemetery Mowing Services
Mowing every two weeks from March 1 through September 15, with weekly mowing for two weeks prior to Memorial Day and the week of Memorial Day. Services must include weed-eating between and around headstones. This bid is for 3 years.
2. Construction of Welded Pipe Fence
Installation of approximately 142 feet of welded pipe fence across the southern end of the roadway, matching the existing pipe fence at the front of the parking lot. There will be an opening for a 20 foot gate. Bids should include pricing with and without the cost of materials.
Interested parties may submit bids until 02/15/2026 and must have general liability insurance. All bids will be reviewed by the board.
