Much to my own disappointment, I am going to cancel the Ash Wednesday service for tomorrow. It is very obvious her in the Kaufman area that it is anything but safe to get out for any reason so there is no onsite worship. There have been all kinds of power outages in the area and more to come as there is yet another storm on the way and is supposed to be the worst of the three that we will have experienced over this week. So, we are going to just stay in, try to stay warm (which is not happening for a lot of us) and keep each other in pray.

Please pray for those who are without heat, electricity and water and there are millions of us it seems. We will get through this with God’s help and get back to what ever normal is left.
