A lifetime of Pastoral ministry has found us looking in a rear view mirror watching a Uhaul or the other vehicle moving to another destination to learn new names, faces, addresses, and communities with new needs and souls looking for some hope has been our calling and desire to do in service to our very worthy Lord!

This move is exactly like those. We already miss those behind in Craig and will never forget the great memories, moments of grief and pure joy.

Your faces will potentially fade from memories, but your precious souls will linger knitted to our own as we pray for you always.

What the mirror says is true.

Look at this beautiful group of graduates!

This group from the local church graduated from the Who Is She correspondence series. While there isn't typically a graduation for these lessons, our Pastor wanted to acknowledge the hard work these precious people dedicated to completing the courses.

Our local church remembers this precious worker for the Lord who came and worked in our building to help make improvements, covered us in prayer and was a wealth of wisdom. We will meet you in the rapture, Brother Van Deventer!

Please pray for the family of Pastor Shawn Womack from Virginia as he has left this life for the promised one to come and this family will need much grace going forward.

Amos 6:1 KJV — Woe to them that are at ease in Zion, and trust in the mountain of Samaria, which are named chief of the nations, to whom the house of Israel came!

Our Pastor was used by the Lord to preach a wonderfully convicting message Sunday.

We were warned that if we want to miss the "woe", we must realize time is too short to be at ease and simply entertained by the Lord.

Our Lord isn't required to PERFORM our wants or even needs. We should take every opportunity to work for the advancement of the Kingdom and Church of God, serve the Lord in every possible way and worship Him with an intensity that reflects our genuine love for Him.

Wake up Church and get busy!

We also enjoyed sweet fellowship with a meal after church and the blessing of Brother Philip who accompanied Brother Brandon Yahn.

It takes more than giving birth to be a Mother.

Hannah prayed for a child and literally gave him back to the Lord. He became a prophet.

Leah and Rachel gave birth to and raised the tribes of Israel who became the chosen of God.

Rahab converted and changed in drastic ways and went on to be in the lineage of Jesus.

Mary mothered the very child of God against all odds.

What are you doing with your influence? Do you just enjoy the coddling and "Momma Bear" moments or are you imbedding Godly attribyin your children? Are you validating them and their interests to keep a bond or are you pointing them with words and deeds to their only true source of peace, hope, joy and truth?

Are you a mother who has never had your own children? Your influence will still be accountable to God. Use the ties you have to grow and maintain healthy disciples of the Lord so you have no need for shame.

Happy Mother's Day as you do your job well.
