The Annual Meeting is less than two weeks away! We are excited to bring you another wonderful set of breakout sessions for you to attend at this year's meeting. Breakout Sessions will go from 3:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, September 13th. You can choose which breakout session you would like to attend by filling out this simple Google Form:

We are under two weeks until our Annual Meeting on Sunday, September 13th. We are in desperate need for people to sign-up to bring food to this year's meeting. We put together a sign-up on the Perfect Potluck website here:

You can bring the food to the kitchen at First Baptist Church anytime between 3:30 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. With dinner starting at 5:00 p.m. we need all the food there before then. Please pass this information along to others.

Please begin registering messengers from your churches for this year's Annual Meeting! You can do that, as well as signing-up any others that will be in attendance from your churches, by filling out this simple Google Form:

As it pertains to messengers, here is what you need to know:

According to our constitution, messengers are elected from their membership as follows:

Each church shall be entitled to two (2) messengers for the first fifty (50) members.

For each additional twenty-five (25) members, or major portion thereof, each church may choose one (1) messenger up to twenty (20) messengers.

In addition to the number of messengers a church is allowed by its membership, it is to be noted that all pastors of member churches and team leaders, assistant team leaders, members at large of the Administrative Team, and officers of association are considered messengers.

We welcome all to attend! Please let us know exactly how many from your church will be coming and how many messengers your church will be sending. The association's annual Spring Gathering is almost upon us! Everything is free of charge but we ask that you pre-register so we will know how much food to cater in from Mark's Feed Store. You can either pre-register for yourself personally or for all the people that will be attending from your church. Simply fill out this Google Form:
