Giving people perishable things will never replace their need for God .

Many forget that this life is about Jesus and His believers, nothing else. God will use Trump as he did evil Ahab and Jezebel to bring His people back to Him. God has always taken away to add. We may take God lightly, but He never takes us lightly. God knows how to use evil for Good. We better fasten our spiritual seat belts, it’s about to get rough.

1 Thessalonians 5:7 For they that sleep sleep in the night; and they that be drunken are drunken in the night. 8 But let us, who are of the day, be sober, putting on the breastplate of faith and love; and for an helmet, the hope of salvation. 9 For God hath not appointed us to wrath, but to obtain salvation by our Lord Jesus Christ,……….We live lives of constantly having to upgrade. The only thing in this world that never changes or needs upgrading, is the Word Of God. I see some that try to make the Word more attractive to include more. When in reality it’s for a particular group of people. Any thing you can change or manipulate is temporal, be it speech, fashion, health ect etc. Wake up Church!

Romans 7:18 For I know that in me (that is, in my flesh,) dwelleth no good thing: for to will is present with me; but how to perform that which is good I find not. 19 For the good that I would I do not: but the evil which I would not, that I do. 20 Now if I do that I would not, it is no more I that do it, but sin that dwelleth in me……….This is why we willingly do wrong and immediately become sorrowful for doing it. Our new heart never agreed with what our flesh overpowered us to do. ( This is a foundational truth, there is much more to be explained here)

Hebrews 5:12 In fact, though by this time you ought to be teachers, you need someone to teach you the elementary truths of God’s word all over again. You need milk, not solid food! 13 Anyone who lives on milk, being still an infant, is not acquainted with the teaching about righteousness. 14 But solid food is for the mature, who by constant use have trained themselves to distinguish good from evil………
The unlearned saints ( preacher or layman ) don’t know how to administer grace in the midst of evil. They focus more on defeated sin than the power and glory of grace………
Romans 5:20 Moreover the law entered, that the offence might abound. But where sin abounded, grace did much more abound: 21 That as sin hath reigned unto death, even so might grace reign through righteousness unto eternal life by Jesus Christ our Lord. JESUS, JESUS, JESUS!❤️❤️❤️

Every person that God truly uses is first stripped of their pride and self worth. Why? Because the wisdom and strength of is men are totally useless to God. Only that which is produced by God is useful to God. Look at the lives of Peter, Paul and even Jesus himself, making Himself of no reputation.
