The ladies at New Heart Foursquare Church had a wonderful Bible Fellowship gathering. We had our very own Paula Howard speaking with Marianne Cannizzaro on “Let Your Light Shine.” They learned how Jesus shined in His ministry, how Jesus shines in us, how we must shine with Godly character to all, and how Jesus shines in our evangelism. There was also a great breakfast for all the ladies to enjoy.

New Heart Foursquare had a very patriotic celebration for our nation’s 250th anniversary! We had a reenactment of the signing of the Declaration of Independence and a “Spirit of America” costume contest. We also learned about the role Christians have played in instilling the morality necessary for self government to work over the years and the importance of building strong families that teach the Word of God to their children.

Day 5 of Emerald Crossing Vacation Bible School at New Heart Foursquare Church was a huge success! The kids learned that becoming a child of God helps to give them a firm foundation and takes them from shaky to sure in all they do. They also were able to buy items in our Bible bucks store, see bottle rockets launch in the air during science, and experience all the fun on our two water slides.

We had an Irish costume contest today on Day 4 of Emerald Crossing Vacation Bible School! The kids learned how to go from grumbling to gratitude. They also learned how to be thankful for all of God’s blessings because our cup overflows.
