Courtland Baptist Church Youth Group We at Courtland Baptist recognize the pressure our youth face living in a world marred by sin.

We place a high priority on discipling and evangelizing the youth of our community. It is our prayer to see young lives changed by God and find their purpose.

This Sunday we will continue unfolding the ministry of Peter as he receives a vision from God and grasps that God shows no partiality, that the good news of Jesus Christ is for both Jews and Gentiles. "Truly I understand that God shows no partiality, but in every nation, anyone who fears him and does what is right is acceptable to him" (Acts 10:34-35).

A gathering for middle and high school girls.
Purpose will be jam-packed with incredible worship, interactive games, awesome food trucks, and all things beauty related with featured guest and certified aesthetician Emma Blow. Go and hear from keynote speakers Mary Margaret West and Lexi Shipp as they bring the Word, providing girls with an opportunity to engage with God’s truth in relation to their purpose. Each girl who registers will receive a take-home bag full of beauty and skincare goodies and a list of small group questions to go through with their mom, group leader, friends, or small group after the conference!

The event will be from 5 PM - 6 PM. This is a FREE event. Transportation will be provided and students will need to be ready to leave from Courtland Baptist Church at 3 PM. The event will be held at London Bridge Baptist Church in Virginia Beach.

This Sunday, August 15th at 6:00 PM the CBC Youth will be gathering together again for a time of fellowship, worship, and discipleship! We have missed you all this summer and pray that the Lord has blessed you greatly.

As we gather back to together we want to pray that God will do a mighty work in you during this new season. It is our prayer that you will experience His grace and power as you walk with Him!

Come join us at Courtland Baptist Church for a family fun day on Saturday, July 31st from 10am-2pm! FREE for all ages and open to everyone in the community!

We will be having raffles, water slides, a bouncy house, outdoor games, arts and crafts, a petting zoo, a cake walk, music and plenty of free food!

Please bring swimwear if you plan to participate in any water activities!

Last night we had the privilege of hearing from our very own ! He preached from Acts 8, encouraging us to be prepared to preach the gospel wherever we are scattered in this world.

Phillip was not an Apostle, yet preached boldly and with the power of the Holy Spirit he performed many signs.
