✨ Start Small and See What God Will Do! ✨
Have you ever wondered how many people it takes to start a small group? Just two.

Taleah, a mom of a Deaf child, watched the JESUS: a Deaf Missions film and felt inspired to begin a Bible study for her seven-year-old. She invited one other mom… and that’s how it started—two moms and two Deaf children.

But God had bigger plans. 🙌
In just a few weeks, that small group grew into six families and 20 children—including Deaf kids and their siblings.

You can do the same.

Mick Guttau served 33 years on the Deaf Missions Board of Directors, including as Chairman since 1996. We are deeply thankful for his faithful leadership and heart for helping bring the Gospel to Deaf people around the world. 🙏

Last week, Mick Guttau was honored for his 33 years of service as a Director of Deaf Missions. He retired from the board at the end of the year after serving as Chairman since 1996, a legacy of faithful leadership and dedication.

Deaf Missions’ vision is to reach every deaf person in the world with the Gospel. Founded 50 years ago in a bold leap of faith by Duane King, Deaf Missions continues to break barriers.

In 2020, Deaf Missions completed the first full translation of the Bible in American Sign Language, and in 2024, released JESUS: A Deaf Missions Film in theaters, a film told entirely in American Sign Language.
