Tuesday, 2Kings 4-6; Wednesday, 2Kings 7-9; Thursday, 2Kings 10-12; Friday, 2Kings 13-15; Saturday, 2Kings 16-18; and Sunday, 2KIngs 19-21. The ministry of Elijah, together with that of Elisha, occupy much of our reading today. They are bright spots in an otherwise dim history.

Here is this week's Bible reading schedule: Monday, 1Samuel 16-18; Tuesday, 1Samuel 19-21; Wednesday, 1Samuel 22-24; Thursday, 1Samuel 25-27; Friday, 1Samuel 28-29; Saturday, 1Samuel 30-31; Sunday, 2Samuel 1-3. We have here the continuing saga of Saul, how he goes down and down, and David goes up and up. In 2Samuel, we will see David crowned king, first in Hebron, then in Jerusalem. It gets much better before it gets worse.

Moses repeats the Law to Israelites who have been in the wilderness for forty years, prior to their entering into Canaan. You'll learn more than you ever imagined in this book.
