What does it actually look like to follow Jesus?
It’s more than what we believe. It’s about how we live.🤍

This Sunday, we begin THE WAY, a new series featuring John Chastain of Victory Church OKC, with a simple but challenging idea :

Following Jesus is more than believing differently. It is living differently.

The way we treat people. The way we respond when life gets hard. The way we make decisions, extend grace, choose our priorities, and walk through ordinary days... our faith has the power to shape all of it.

Following Jesus isn’t just something we say we believe. It’s a way of life.

Come explore what that can look like with us this Sunday.

MARK YOUR CALENDARS!

SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 7th, 10:00 at HeBrews in Historic Downtown Cottonwood Falls.

CONDITION OF YOUR FLOCK WORKSHOP . . . FREE & OPEN TO THE PUBLIC!

The Bible tells us to "Know the condition of your Flocks". This applies to every area of our lives . . . our finances, relationships and our relationship with Jesus. But one things many of us forget is our legal matters.

If you were to die today, would the family you left behind be saddled with going through a long and expensive probate process?! If you were in an accident and were hospitalized, unable to advocate for yourself . . . do you have a power of attorney to authorize someone to act in your best interests with the hospital staff?!

Your won't want to miss this informational workshop!

Join us with estate attorney, Corey Moomaw and learn more about Wills, Trusts, Power of Attorneys, Advance Health Care Directives and more!

This stuff is not just for rich people . . . the laws apply to all of us . . . as do the inconveniences of not having your house in order!

One more thing . . . we promise . . . THERE WILL BE NO SALES PITCHES . . . just good information to help you know your flocks better!

What if changing the way you live could change more than just your life?

This Sunday, September 13th, we’re beginning a brand-new series at Fire on the Prairie Church : THE WAY, featuring John Chastain of Victory Church OKC.

Jesus didn’t simply show us what to believe... He showed us a way to live.

When our lives begin to line up with God’s values and teachings, something changes. We find more peace. More wisdom. More purpose. More joy. And as God changes the way we live, that change has a way of reaching the people around us, too.

That’s what THE WAY is all about.

Maybe you’re looking for direction. Maybe you’ve been feeling stuck. Or maybe life is good, but you know there’s something more God is inviting you into.

This could be a turning point. ❤️

Come as you are, grab a cup of coffee, and join us this Sunday.

What if the chapter you wish you could erase is actually the one God uses to reveal what He’s been doing all along?

The story of Esther is filled with moments that looked hopeless, irreversible, even final. But God was still at work, turning mourning into celebration and sorrow into joy.

This Sunday, we’re wrapping up our Esther series with a powerful reminder :
Your past may be part of your story, but it doesn’t get to decide how the story ends.

Join us for Esther, Week 5 : What Happened to You Isn’t the End of the Story as we discover what Esther 9 teaches us about trusting God with the chapters we never would have chosen.

💜What happened to you isn’t the end of your story.💜

Sometimes life hands us circumstances that feel final. A disappointment. A loss. A season we never expected. Before long, we can start living as though what has been determines what will always be.

But Esther’s story reminds us that God is still writing.

This Sunday, as we continue our journey through Esther, we’ll look at what happens when sorrow turns to joy, when what seemed permanent is overturned, and when God writes a chapter no one saw coming.

Whatever chapter you’re in right now, don’t mistake it for the ending.

What if the season when it feels like nothing is happening is actually the season when God is putting everything into place?

This Sunday, we’re stepping into Week 4 of Esther : “You’re Not as Forgotten as You Feel.”

You may not see the results yet. You may wonder if your prayers, obedience, kindness, or perseverance are making any difference at all.

Keep going. God sees what others miss.

Join us Sunday, August 30th, as we continue through the remarkable story of Esther and discover why being unnoticed is not the same as being forgotten.

You’re not as forgotten as you feel...

Have you ever looked at your life and wondered where God was, or wondered if the faithful things you’ve done even mattered?

This Sunday, we continue our journey through Esther with Week 4 : You’re Not as Forgotten as You Feel.

God’s name never appears in the book of Esther, yet His fingerprints are everywhere. And in Esther 6, we’re reminded that what seems forgotten to us is never forgotten by God.

✨ The breakthrough you’re praying for may already be in motion.
✨ Nothing faithful is ever forgotten.

Sometimes faithfulness looks ordinary. It’s choosing what’s right when no one notices. Serving without recognition. Praying when nothing seems to change. Taking the next faithful step without knowing where it will lead.

But God sees it all.

Join us this Sunday as we discover what Esther’s story can teach us about trusting God when we can’t yet see what He’s doing.

📖 Before Sunday, read Esther 6:1–3 and consider : What daily steps of faithfulness could you take that might go unnoticed by the people around you?
