Amen! 🙌🙌🙌

Repentance isn’t for show. 🙅‍♂️💔

Psalm 51:17 promises that God will never despise a broken and contrite heart. Repentance is messy. It isn't glamorous, and it isn't flashy--but it is glorious!

Repentance strips away all pride. It is a raw, unvarnished weeping and brokenness—a contrite heart and spirit falling before the Lord in complete honesty:

"I am not who I want to be, but by the grace of God, Lord cleanse me, change me, save me, deliver me, heal me, break the chains that bind me, and make me whole!"

That's the beauty of Christ. We come to Him a mess, and He doesn't despise us. He saves us, He cleanses us, He delivers us, He heals us, He breaks our chains, and makes us whole. He delights in us! 🙌🔥
