Sister Anunciata and Sister Johanna of the Society of Mary will be taking their final vows on Saturday, May 15th at 5:00pm PST in St. Mary’s Catholic Church, presided over by Archbishop Sample. Prior to Mass, a rosary will be prayed at 4:20pm. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, only a limited number of guests are invited to attend the Mass in person, but all are welcome to participate in the livestream on socmaria.org.

In this last month of preparation for their final vows, please pray for these Sisters and that their consecrations may be fruitful for our parish community.

Happy Feast Day of St. Joseph.

In this year of St. Joseph, as proclaimed by Pope Francis, we honor the earthly father of our Savior and ask for his humble and unending intercession upon our lives.
St. Joseph serves as one of the patron saints of the St. John Society, and we give thanks for his constant guidance to the priests who serve our parish.

Happy Feast Day of St. Patrick.

Today, we honor this missionary whose zeal for evangelization helped to spread the Word of God to our Irish brothers and sisters.

St. Patrick's Prayer:

May the Strength of God pilot us.
May the Power of God preserve us.
May the Wisdom of God instruct us.
May the Hand of God protect us.
May the Way of God direct us.
May the Shield of God defend us.
May the Host of God guard us.
Against the snares of the evil ones.
Against temptations of the world

May Christ be with us!
May Christ be before us!
May Christ be in us,
Christ be over all!
May Thy Salvation, Lord,
Always be ours,
This day, O Lord, and evermore. Amen.
