Bear up the Lord’s work on the small British Overseas Territory of Anguilla in the Caribbean. Ask the Lord to stir up true believers on the island to witness for Him to tourists who come there. Pray also that any believers on St-Barthélemy, a little French island renowned as a high-class luxury destination for celebrities, might be a testimony for their Lord.

A very small Central American country located just east of Guatemala, Belize has a large variety of land and water plants and animals and boasts extensive coral reefs on the Gulf of Honduras. Unfortunately, Belize's rugged coastline has attracted many drug smugglers bringing drugs into Mexico. So-called "open brethren" visit the country. Pray for genuine spiritual conviction in this country that has a strong Christian heritage.

Remember especially the people of Nepal, many of whom are suffering from the recent flooding disaster. Pray that they would find hope and peace in the living God through His Son, the Lord Jesus. -

Thank the Lord for His desire to save people everywhere, and for His commands to go into all the world, preaching the gospel to everyone, making disciples and teaching all the nations. Bear up the gospel outreach taking place in many forms in your community: Bible clubs, medical work, literature distribution, and practical resources for marginalized or struggling individuals and families.

St. Kitts and Nevis, a two-island group, is the smallest sovereign state in the western hemisphere. Remember the assemblies and local brothers here as they seek to spread the gospel amongst their fellow islanders. Pray for blessing on the Vacation Bible School and camp work.

Paul turns to the first serious problem in the church at Corinth: division among God's people.

The Corinthians were rallying around different teachers and forming parties within the church. Paul immediately redirects their attention from men to Christ, asking the searching question, “Is Christ divided?”

From there, Paul brings us to the message of the cross—a message the world considers foolish, but which reveals the power and wisdom of God. God has deliberately set aside human wisdom and boasting so that Christ alone might have the preeminence.

Despite the division, no border checkpoints exist. May the island's residents and visitors come to know Jesus, the true source of peace and unity.

Anguilla is a British Territory in the Caribbean, just east of Puerto Rico. This small country survives mostly by income from tourism. Most of the population claim to be of some Christian religion—which can often be just a form or a name someone claims. The Lord is looking for hearts that are in true communion with Him and have true devotion to Him.

Bear up the Lord’s work in Jamaica. Pray for the many assemblies, the gospel campaigns, Bible conferences, and Oceanview Bible Camp. Thank God for the many children and young people who have been saved and helped at camp through the years. Pray for follow-up and spiritual growth. Remember also the hurricane recovery projects.

Ask the Lord to strengthen His work in Puerto Rico, an island territory that has suffered through hurricanes in recent years. Pray for the original assembly at Ponce on the south coast that began in 1916 and still continues. Pray too for the assembly at Rio Piedras on the north coast, asking the Lord to continue to maintain the testimony to His name.

Remember aged brothers and sisters in hospitals, nursing homes, and other institutions. A shepherd's caring heart brings a special word of encouragement from the Lord to elderly and sick people. Remember those who visit nursing homes and hospitals, that they may be granted special wisdom as they share His love to those in need. We can pray that all would be encouraged to continue on in their service for the Lord.
