UPDATE!! WE WILL NOW BE STARTING AT 2 PM INSTEAD!! We've been closely watching the hourly forecast for tomorrow and our best bet is to start earlier to try and hit the gap between the morning rain and scattered evening storms. This is instead of canceling completely!! We will move the party indoors as needed. Our vans won't melt!! Spread the word!! ☂️

We have a lot of Repeat Offenders in the running (meaning you've brought a van to both nights so far) so we hope the rain doesn't scare you away!! Even if you still come hang out with us without your van, we might give you a pass so you can still earn your special prize if you make all 4 for the year!! ✌️

We have been killin' it with Van Nights trying to bridge the gap between van owners and vanners, and spreading the good news of vanning to the public at our FREE van nights. We also are out there doing our best to help where needed at other events, helping out other vanners in need, promoting other upcoming van events, and attending all-make/model events with our vans to also bring interest to vanning. We are absolutely honored to be nominated for 2026 Van Club of the Year! This is a new award at the East Coast Vanner Nationals that will be presented alongside their existing Vanner and Van of the Year awards. Howard Furtak nominated us and we are humbled!

If you can do us all a favor, so we make the ballot, please use the link below (also in the comments) before Sept 10th end of day, to go to the public post in the Dropjaw Vans group. Find Howard's comment where he nominated No Witnesses VC (it's near the beginning if you sort by "all comments"). Please "like" the comment to secure our club's name on the ballot! You can also leave your own comment.

Our club has worked on promoting our Van Nights, which are van-only cruise nights 3 or 4 times over the season that are FREE and open to the public (next date is Sept 19th) in the Chicagoland area. A big part of our mission is to do something different in order to bring new vanners into the fold, since you kind of have to be "in the know" and have a van to go to the truck-ins -- but van owners don't necessarily know about these events. They ARE bringing them to our Van Nights though, and we have slowly been converting van owners into vanners, and spectators into van enthusiasts, and so on. Little by little, it's working! Our event also serves to fill gaps in between truck-ins where vanners can catch up and socialize outside of truck-ins, without a whole weekend commitment. Our club provides dash plaques, event stickers, goody bags, and even a free drink at our brewery venue!
