St. Robert Parish is welcoming new members to join our parish choir, as well as cantors who proclaim the responsorial Psalm, Gospel Acclamation, and lead the singing of hymns and songs at Mass.

St. Robert is looking for members for our Parish Liturgy Committee. We meet a few times a year for an hour in the church office, as well as jointly every 3 months with all 3 Trumbull North Parishes. We also set up the church environment for all of the liturgical seasons and church holidays, most especially Christmas and Easter. Our first meeting is this Tuesday, September 15, at 6 p.m. - all parishioners are welcome to attend. Refreshments will be served.

As a new school year begins, we take a look back to see how Catholic education has long played a vital role in fostering vocations to the priesthood and religious life.

In 1962, Ursuline High School in Youngstown celebrated a record number of graduates answering God's call to the priesthood. To mark this extraordinary milestone, the newly ordained diocesan priests—all proud Ursuline alumni—returned to their alma mater for a special visit, inspiring the next generation of young men to consider God's call. Thank you to all who joined us at our Faith Formation Parent Meeting yesterday! We are so grateful to all of the parents and families who joined us as we begin another year of growing together in faith.

Our Faith Formation students also had the opportunity to meet their catechists and get to know the wonderful people who will be walking alongside them throughout the year.

Additionally our catechists and students received a blessing from Father Cline.

Please join us in welcoming and praying for our catechists, students, and families as we begin this new year of faith formation.

We’re very excited for a great year of learning, growing, and coming closer to Christ!
