Vacation Bible School (part 2) was held in early August and we had another amazing group of kids. Good to see new faces and some retruning from the July VBS. Included are some pictures of the skit "Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego and the Fiery Furnace."

Day two included "Joshua and the Walls of Jericho" .
Joshua and followers doing what God told Joshua to do: go around quietly for the first six days, then blow the trumpets. The kids did an amazing job with the skits, games, and crafts, and we hope they learned and had fun.

Today, August 8, the Roman Catholic Church celebrates the Feast of St. Dominic, founder of the Order of Preachers, better known as the Dominicans. 🙏

Born in Caleruega, Spain, around 1170, St. Dominic dedicated his life to preaching the Gospel and founded the Dominican Order in the early 13th century. His legacy of faith, prayer, study, and preaching continues through Dominicans serving communities around the world today.

On his feast day, we remember a life devoted to sharing the Christian faith and serving others.

St. Dominic, pray for us. 🙏✝️

Thank you to everyone who joins us online for Mass each week. Due to ongoing technical issues, we have made the difficult decision to temporarily pause our weekly livestreams while we explore alternative options and work to improve the experience.

Our hope is to resume livestreaming by the beginning of September.

We sincerely appreciate your patience, understanding, and continued prayers as we work through these challenges. Thank you for being part of our parish family.

A lot of fun and learning at last week's VBS at St. Anthony's. Skits, crafts, outdoor fun were just of few of the events. A new session will be offered August 5 and 6 from 1 to 4 PM in St. Anthony's Church Hall. Both students who attended the last session and new students are welcome to attend. More info? Congratuulations and best wishes to Matthew Costa, Anna Chapin, Bridgett Madden, Allison Nguyen, and Hannah Ostrander our 2026 graduates. What an amazing group of young adults! Last week we celebrated them during Mass and after at a reception in their honor. We will miss you all but can't wait to see what the future holds for you.
