We worked hard, we played even harder. Stopped at wacosurf_tx on our way home to unwind, relax and have a lot of laughs. The bond that was created over these past few days is one that will always be remembered. This is just the beginning of mission trips and planning for more in the future.

Day 2 in the 📖 (books)
Completed two job sites from painting and trim work. These students got feed spiritually and continued to show Jesus during the hot parts of the day. They never complained one time and always willing to help.

They were able to be the light and show the love of Jesus. As the mission trip comes to a close, this is just the beginning of what God has started. Pray that we continue bring what we learned this week home and to our community.

And we are off and have arrived at Kerrville for Texans on Mission Mission Trip. We are setting up in our rooms and getting ready for dinner. We will be worshipping in the local park tonight.

Pray as we start working tomorrow that God uses us to be the Hands & Feet of Jesus. Pray we are able to help the hurting and people that are still recovering from the floods. Pray we can show Jesus to people that we come into contact with.

CAMP MEETING FOR SUMMER CAMP
⏰ After the 11AM service in the sanctuary
🧑‍🧒 At least 1 parent needs to be present. If the student is available, it is encouraged for them to be there to hear about everything! Otherwise the parent is responsible for relaying all rules and expectations to their student.
📄 We will go over LOTS of helpful info and have a parent agreement we will need signed for each student.
💰 If you’d like to pay early and speed up the check-in process you can do that after the meeting. It’s $275 per student total (includes deposit) or $500 for families with 2 or more students.

Today we are highlighting Abigail Wynn.

In this video she shares her struggles with her self-identity being with depression and mental health. With the help of student ministry and Jesus, she realized she isn’t defined by a diagnosis. Jesus wants everything including our self-diagnosis.

Today we are highlighting Tanner Crumpton.

In this video he shares about always trying to be the best in sports on his own. Later when he started going to student ministry and focusing on Jesus, he shifted his focus. It was no longer about him, but serving others which is something that we can learn from.

Thank you Tanner for being Christ-like in everything that you do and sharing with us when we shift our focus from ourselves to others, we are actually being like Jesus.

Today we are highlighting Paizlee Ragan!

In this video she shares about her self-worth being found in agriculture and everything else. The student ministry and her circle of people helped her realize that her worth is found in Jesus. What a great encouragement to all that if we have a great circle of people, they will help lead us to Jesus.

If your calendar isn’t packed yet… don’t worry, we fixed that.
We’ve got lake days, volleyball, ice cream, camp, late nights, Sonic runs, and enough chaos to make your parents ask, “Y’all doing WHAT this week?” 😂

Mark your calendars because you are NOT going to want to miss any of these days/nights!

This summer is gonna be loud, unforgettable, and probably slightly sunburned. 😅
