Service planned for late Journal reporter/columnist

A public Catholic memorial service for Albuquerque Journal reporter and columnist Ollie Reed Jr. will be held at the San Ysidro Catholic Church on Dec. 5 at 10 a.m. A rosary will start at 9:30 a.m., and lunch will be served following the mass.

All food donations should be dropped off at San Ysidro Parish Hendren Hall between 830 and 930 December 5.

Congratulations to Daniel Solis and Dsol Music Productions! After putting on a great show and getting people out on the dance floor, at San Ysidro's Fiestas, he went on to the New Mexico Music Awards @ Sandia Casino and won for "Best Cover Song", Sabor a Mi. Congratulations and we look forward to next year!!!

Hello friends and family! If you are looking for something to do this weekend, come to San Ysidro Fiestas in Corrales, NM! Makenzie will be dancing at 11:30 on Saturday. On Sunday Tyler will have many pieces of his art work for sale. There will be games and food! Hope to see you there!
