What a great day of worship at Calallen Baptist Church! Special thanks to Kiley Ham for leading the Missions 101 conference this weekend and bringing the message during our service.

Jesus provides clear instructions in Matthew 28:16-20. "Go therefore and make disciples of all nations baptizing them in the name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit."

We're prayerfully seeking a new Senior Pastor here at Calallen Baptist Church!

For 152 years, our church family has been rooted in Corpus Christi, and we're looking for a dynamic, visionary leader — called by God — to walk alongside our ~200 member congregation as we continue growing in discipleship and Godly relationships.

We're looking for a man who is:
A proven leader with a heart for preaching, teaching, and discipleship
Organized, personable, courageous, and service-oriented
Able to lead staff, train deacons, and strengthen our committees
A people person (not a people pleaser), a strong leader (not a controller) — a preacher, teacher, administrator, AND shepherd

Requirements:
Biblically qualified as defined in 1 & 2 Timothy and Titus
Christian and an active member of a scripturally-based church
Bachelor's degree in Ministry, Bible, or related field from an accredited seminary
5+ years of paid ministry experience
Ordained by a Baptist church

Preferred:
Master of Divinity
Experience as a pastor or associate pastor

Today was a blessing from start to finish! 🙌 Sunday School kicked things off right, then we witnessed not one but TWO baptisms during service. Our praise and worship team was phenomenal, and the sermon fed our souls all the way home.
