Matrix Explained

Many have seen the Matrix but it seems fewer grasp just how powerful the 'spoon boy's' message was when Neo first visits the oracle... The boy says to Neo:

"Do not try and bend the spoon, that's impossible. Instead, only try to realize the truth...there is no spoon. Then you'll see that it is not the spoon that bends, it is only yourself."

What he's saying is there is nothing that is NOT yourself, BECAUSE 'Neo' was not just an entity as the body, 'Neo' was the entire Matrix becoming self aware to re-write and change itself - this is why in the final movie there is rain and in the very end there is sunshine.

Anyone who knows the Matrix knows EVERYTHING which appears is really shaped through Matrix code which means 'Neo' (who could visibly see this code) was all of the characters and places, not just the one we saw in the flesh as 'Neo'.

Why do you think in the end Mr Smith asks Neo if he realises its impossible to win, that he simply can't.... And the reason nothing can be 'won' is they are not separate and Neo began realising himself as 'The Matrix' itself rather than just a body which is why he no longer fights Smith and allows him to enter his body.... The body was not 'Neo'....

'Neo' becoming the chosen one is acknowledging the self as the entire Matrix, as one self and not two...(Mr. Anderson and Smith)

There is no body which is separate from earth, only MIND has made this concept. Earth and body are ONE beyond what we call them... We are not Mr Anderson nor Neo, we are the entire Matrix writing itself to experience itself.

Realise everything in the form which changes is only yourself because the self is not just limited to this body... Each and everyone of you are this 'CHOSEN ONE'.

But what did Morpheus say to Neo...
"DON'T THINK YOU ARE, KNOW YOU ARE".....

Until The One believes... They remain as just a character feeling stuck inside of something or somewhere when there is no where or place separate from your true self - which is why in the beginning it says: "The Matrix Has You... cont in comments

Men don’t often open up face-to-face.

Get them side-by-side, and they’ll tell you most things.

Ever sit a man down for “A Talk” only to watch him completely shut down?

It’s not attitude.
It’s biology.
Women connect face-to-face.
Knees pointed in, full eye contact.
It’s beautiful, but it’s our language.

Men connect shoulder-to-shoulder.
Watch two guys who’ve been friends for thirty years.
They aren’t staring into each other’s eyes. They’re leaning on a truck, watching a game, or staring at a barbecue.

Researcher Robin Dunbar found that women talk at a 180-degree angle. Men naturally settle at 120 degrees—angled off. Why?
Because for centuries, a man squaring up chest-to-chest meant one thing a fight.

Put a man in a “kitchen table interview,” and his nervous system secretly braces.

Angle him toward the same horizon, and that ancient alarm shuts off.

It’s why old Western saloons used mirrors behind the bar~so men could talk without squaring up.

It’s why Australia’s “Men’s Sheds” program gets men opening up about decades of burdens while fixing lawnmowers shoulder-to-shoulder.

And it’s why your best conversations happen in a car at night, facing the windshield.

If a man you love is going quiet, change the setup
🚗 Take a drive.
🚶‍♂️ Go for a walk.
🔧 Stand next to him while he fixes something.

Don’t force eye contact. Don’t make it “An Occasion.
“ Just aim at the same horizon and wait. The silence will feel long. Let it.
Somewhere around the third silence, that’s when it comes out.

Just a thought to share with you.

So long absence of anything, physical, mental, emotional, so called spiritual.....offers a meaning of loss...
..there is a receiving container of a "me".....
.for which the offered meaning of "loss" is a loss.

Just like in the case of the presence of stuff.......
... offers the meaning of "having gained".

The sense of a me is inferred by the sense of an ascribed meaning.....being held as meaningful.

And the sense of an ascribed meaning fuels the persistence of the sense of a me.

A thought as........ "This matters."

Immediately there is someone to whom it matters.

A memory as "I have lost."

Instantly there is an owner of the loss.

A sensation says, "This shouldn't be."

There appears the sufferer.

The "me" does not arrive first.

It is continually reconstituted through the claiming of significance.

Me Ascribed meaning.

A cul-de-sac.

The cacophony of the drama of a "me" and "held on meanings".

The endless echo between narratives and the imagined centre they appear to orbit.

Absence not generating the succeeding story of loss.

Presence not generating the story of gain or possession.

Absence/presence not generating even the meaning of
......"absence/presence"....
...who is left for a further narrative ....to offer a meaning.

Including this narrative.

Because every narrative only recreates what it attempts to dissolve.

~ Sri Nisargadatta Maharaj.

"The person is simply the result of a misunderstanding. As a matter of fact, it doesn't exist. Feelings, thoughts, and actions run endlessly in front of the observer, leaving traces in the brain and creating an illusion of continuity.

A reflection of the observer in the mind creates the sense of "I", and the person acquires a seemingly independent existence. In reality there is no one, only the observer who identifies with "I" and "mine".

The master says to the observer: You are not this, there is nothing of you in this, except the tiny dot of "I am", which is the bridge between the observer and his dream. "I am this," "I am that" is a dream, while the pure "I am" carries the sign of reality.

You've experienced so much - all of them turned out to be nothing. Only the meaning of "I am" has remained - unchanged. In the changeable, stay with the unchangeable, until you are able to go further. »

Mystery
(Deutsch: https://abyss2bliss.com/de/mystery/)

I am a mystery to myself
I do not know who I am anymore
Direction disappeared
Just one is
I am alive
Life breathes through me
Deeply wanted, for I do exist.
But my existence is unknown.

I am not the name I respond to when spoken to.
I am not a person behind the name, only a phantom.
There is no identity.
I do not have a name.

Temporarily expressed by an xx/xy chromosome determined organic body.
Yet I am neither a woman, nor a man.
Man is a temporary appearing life form.
These cells are carriers of information, memories, life stories.
I am not the cells, although I permeate them.
I am neither history nor memory.
I am not the biology.
I do not have gender.
I have no race.
I have no affiliation.
I have no attachment.
I have no purpose.
All of these are brief sparks in the ever-changing thought-stream of the vibrant mind.
I am alive in transient form.
In its ability to transform,
immortal.

I roam this fantastic realm
Thought upon thought
Emotions upon emotions
The fabric of which narratives are written,
Into the mind
Into the cells
Into matter
Emerging
And dissolving again.

In this divine dance
In which I can neither be seen
Nor touched
Not to be fathomed
Never understood
I am in this abysmal love
Whole, alone
Forever unknown

"In trying to control your mind, the motivation is still clinging and grasping, still self-protection, lack of trust and love.

When this is understood, the student returns to the teacher and says, 'This is my difficulty, I cannot eliminate desire because my effort to do so is itself desire. I cannot eliminate selfishness because my reasons for wanting to be unselfish are selfish.'"

- Alan Watts (in Buddhism - The Religion of No Religion)

When I first stepped onto the spiritual path, I thought:

I must stop thinking.

I must become more peaceful.

I must be less angry.

I must be less attached.

I must become enlightened.

At first glance, these all seemed like noble aspirations.

But one day, a question arose:

Who is trying to do all of this?

And I realized:

it was still the ego.

Only this time, it was trying to become a more "spiritual" version of itself.

On the surface, it looked like I was seeking freedom.

But underneath, there was still:

the desire to achieve something,

the desire to become someone,

the desire to feel special,

the desire to protect an image of myself.

In other words,

the ego had simply changed its clothes.

It no longer wanted to be the richest person.

Now it wanted to be the most enlightened one.

But the mechanism was exactly the same.

Then I began to notice even subtler paradoxes.

I tried to force my mind into silence.

I became attached to the idea of letting go.

I tried to eliminate desire.

Yet those very efforts were themselves another form of desire.

Sometimes I wanted to be a good person because I wanted:

to be loved,

to be admired,

to feel morally superior,

to become a "spiritual" person.

Outwardly, it looked selfless.

But deep down, the self was still seeking something for itself.

It took me years to realize:

the problem is not the ego.

The problem is our inability to see the ego in operation.

When we begin to observe its movements without judgment,

something starts to change.

Not because:

I must become less selfish,

I must get rid of desire,

I must become a better person.

But because

we begin to recognize the entire game of becoming.

Perhaps this is what Zen has been pointing to all along:

deep transformation does not come from forcing yourself into an ideal.

It comes from seeing clearly.

Seeing so clearly

that the illusions begin to fall away on their own.

And if there is one thing I would share from this journey, it is this:

As long as we are trying to become a better version of ourselves in order to feel complete,

the ego is still running the show.
