This week’s Gospel reminds us that genuine love does not ignore what is broken—it seeks healing, reconciliation, and restoration. Christ calls us to speak with honesty, listen with humility, and care enough about one another to have difficult conversations rooted in love.

Take a few minutes to listen to this week’s homily and allow its message to challenge you. Where is God asking you to pursue reconciliation, offer forgiveness, or have a conversation rooted in truth and love? This reflection may be exactly what your heart needs this week.

May we remember that where two or three are gathered in His name, Christ is present among us. 🤍

Please note: There will be no 7:00 PM Mass tonight.

“Come to me, all you who labor and are burdened, and I will give you rest.”
— Matthew 11:28

Tonight, we came as we are.

With the stress. The questions. The exhaustion. The things weighing on our hearts that no one else may even know about.

And Jesus simply says: Come to Me.

Encounter is a reminder that we don’t have to have everything figured out before approaching Christ. We don’t have to clean ourselves up, find the right words, or pretend we aren’t tired. He invites us to bring the weight directly to Him—and to find our rest in His presence.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for Encounter tonight. May we carry this truth with us into the week ahead: whatever you are carrying, you were never meant to carry it without Him. 🕊️

Come as you are. Bring what is heavy. Rest in Him.
