Yom Kippur ( a day of repentance and fasting) just passed a few days ago. I remember reading about the armor of God ( Ephesians 6:10-17) and how the armor is designed for forward motion. There's nothing that protects your back. The sword (dagger) is the only offensive weapon that is meant to be a close (man to man combat) fight. But the enemy is tricky. Sometimes he would seemingly come from the back and surprise you. But as I was reading Isaiah 58 on one of my studies I saw this

Then your light will break through like the dawn, and you will heal quickly. Your righteousness will go ahead of you, and the glory of Yahweh will guard you from behind.

Did you see it? The glory of Yahweh (God) has your back covered. My friends continue to trust Him and follow Him. Whenever you fast, do a fast that pleases Him. Don't just not eat and not pray and read the Word and seek Him. That's just a heavy diet. In this season, the Body of Christ has to move and speak what/how and He desires . We need to operate in the power and authority of God as His ambassadors. It's almost impossible to hear what God is saying if we aren't around to hear His orders and desires. Remember Psalms 37:23 says every step of a righteous man is ordered by the Lord.. ...

So, get your marching orders and march on.
