A student once tried to raise a bigger vision:

Not another event…

But forming people into gospel influencers.

The response?

“Let’s do another community event.”

His idea never moved forward.

And a leadership opportunity was lost.

In many churches, decision-making happens in a tight circle.

That may feel efficient.

But it comes at a cost:

Reduced creativity
Limited ownership
Slower mission movement

The question isn’t:

“Do we have leaders?”

The question is:

“Are we releasing them?”
