What happens when God calls you to release what was familiar so you can embrace what He's preparing next?

In this powerful message, "Leaving What Was, and Trusting What's Next," Minister Ausha Bouasy reminds us that walking in God's purpose requires faith, surrender, and the willingness to trust Him through seasons of transition.

In John 3:22–30, we see John the Baptist recognize that his assignment was never about building his own platform, but about preparing the way for Jesus. His declaration, "He must become greater and greater, and I must become less and less" (John 3:30 NLT), challenges us to release our grip on yesterday and make room for God's greater purpose.

Sometimes moving forward means letting go of what once served its purpose. What God did in your last season was meaningful, but it doesn't mean He's finished writing your story!

We live in a world that constantly encourages us to want more, achieve more, acquire more, and compare ourselves to others. But what happens when our pursuit of more begins to rob us of the peace, gratitude, and joy God desires for us?

In this powerful and thought-provoking message, Author Deborah Smith Pegues challenges us to examine our hearts, renew our minds, and discover the freedom that comes from biblical contentment.

What happens when my preference competes with God’s pattern?

When My Memory Fights My Destiny | Bishop Dr. Tony Dunn

What happens when where God is taking you conflicts with what you remember from where you’ve been?

Is it obedience if I only obey when it’s comfortable?

Sometimes the greatest obstacle to where God is calling us next is the perspective we’re carrying from where we’ve already been.

In "When My Conviction Collides With His Calling,” Bishop Dr. Tony Dunn teaches from Acts 26:12–20 NLT, examining Paul’s encounter with Jesus and the moment his deeply held convictions collided with God’s greater calling for his life.

Adversity can make us question where God is, what He is doing, and why He would allow us to walk through such difficult seasons. But what if the valley isn’t just something you have to survive? What if there is an assignment inside your adversity?

In this powerful message, Bishop Dr. Tony Dunn reminds us that sometimes God allows us to experience adversity not because we are being punished, but because our obedience in adversity is positioning us to become a blessing to someone else.

Psalm 23 reminds us that God is with us in the darkest valley. Isaiah 43 declares that when we pass through deep waters, rivers of difficulty, and the fire of oppression, God will be with us.

We see this truth demonstrated through Joseph and Peter. Joseph’s adversity ultimately positioned him to preserve his family, while Peter’s testing prepared him to strengthen his brothers. Their pain had purpose beyond themselves.

As you walk through your own season of adversity, Bishop Dunn challenges us to pay attention in three critical areas:

Soulishly: Watch the inner vows you make during adversity.
Relationally: Notice who God is introducing you to during adversity.

How can you tell if you’re judging someone—or something—accurately?

In Acts 28:1–6 NLT, Paul survives a shipwreck only to be bitten by a venomous snake. The people watching immediately assume he must be a murderer receiving divine punishment. But when Paul shakes off the snake and suffers no harm, they completely change their conclusion about him.

They were wrong about Paul twice.

Their culture shaped their conclusions, and what they believed they were seeing prevented them from recognizing what God was actually doing.

We can make the same mistake. Your lens can become your limitation.

Fear may show up as inadequacy, rejection, loneliness, lack, uncertainty, or even the fear of taking the next step. But God reminds us in Isaiah 41:10: “Fear not, for I am with you.” His presence means we never have to face our fears alone.

1. Recognize the spirit of fear.

- What is my deepest fear?
- Where did it begin?
- What lie have I believed?
- What truth does Scripture declare against that lie?
- What action can I take today to move toward that fear?

It’s time to stop allowing fear to determine how far you will go. Take the leap. Move forward. Trust God. Go from fear to faith.
