Canyon Community Church of the Nazarene is trading the sanctuary walls for some sand, sunshine, and sweet fellowship! 🏖️💙

If you missed our last beach day, or just thought, “Yep, I’d absolutely do that again,” here’s your chance! 🙌

Come spend the morning with your church family, relax by the calm bayside water, soak up some sunshine, and enjoy time together. Bring your beach chairs, towels, sunscreen, snacks, and whatever you need for a beautiful morning by the water. 🩴🧴⛱️

🏕️🌲 What. A. Weekend.🌲🏕️

Hearts are full after an incredible time at SoCal/Anaheim Kids Camp 2026! From amazing chapel services, laughter, new friendships, camp games, and unforgettable adventures, God was at work there!

These are the kinds of memories that last long after the bags are unpacked.

To every camper, leader, volunteer, and family who made this week possible… thank you. Your prayers, love, and support helped make camp an experience our kids will never forget.

Our Canyon Community kids are officially headed to Kids Camp! 🏕️💙

We’re praying this weekend is filled with laughter, new friendships, unforgettable memories, and powerful moments with Jesus. May God fill each child’s heart with His love, strengthen their faith, and remind them just how deeply they are loved.

As they travel and spend the weekend together, we invite our church family to join us in praying for safe travels, good health, wonderful leaders, and hearts that are open to everything God has in store.

Have the best time, campers! We can’t wait to hear all about what God does this weekend. 💙⛺🙏

Yesterday, we had the privilege of honoring the Folkens with a Distinguished Service Award in recognition of their faithful commitment to missions and for modeling what it means to live a Christ-centered, mission-driven life throughout their years at CCCN.

While our hearts are heavy as we say goodbye, we’re also filled with joy knowing God is leading them into a new season as they make Georgia their forever home. Their love for Jesus, servant hearts, and faithful example have left a lasting impact on our church family.

Please join us in praying for safe travels as they begin this new adventure. May the Lord go before them, open doors for new opportunities to serve, surround them with a loving church family, and reveal the next calling He has prepared for them. We know He isn’t finished with their story yet.

The Folkens, thank you for loving our church so well. You will be deeply missed, but you’ll always be part of the Canyon Community family. ❤️

Join us for our Pitmaster Picnic on Sunday, June 28th after service!
We’re bringing the BBQ, and we’d love for you to bring your favorite side dish to share. Think baked beans, potato salad, mac & cheese, chips, pasta salad, or that one recipe everyone asks you to bring to every cookout. 😋
This is the perfect Sunday to invite a friend, pull up a chair, grab a plate, and enjoy some good food and great company. No fancy plans, just a backyard BBQ kind of afternoon with your church family.

Join us tomorrow right after service as we gather for a joyful Cinco de Mayo Celebration filled with delicious food, sweet fellowship, and time together as a church family 💛

We’ll be enjoying chicken taquitos & beans lovingly prepared by Margaret and her amazing team (🙌), plus a few extra goodies from our church family!

👧🏽 We’ve got something fun planned for the kiddos too! 🪅

There’s something sacred about sharing a table… just like Jesus did. Come be part of a space where you are known, welcomed, and filled—both in body and spirit.
