We also receive ways to avoid the corruption and evil of this world. Let us take full advantage of those.

Peter’s second letter to the early church seeks to overcome controversies that had developed over interpretation of God’s work through Jesus. Here, he asks that God will shower believers with grace, peace, and knowledge of the Holy Trinity.

“Do You Know God’s Faithfulness, Strength, and Guard Over You?”

In 2 Thessalonians 3, Paul reminds us that God is always and completely faithful in all God says and does. With the Holy Spirit, you are guarded and strengthened to face the temptation that comes. When temptation does come, know the God will strengthen you to face it. Pray for an awareness of temptation before it gets strong and to be guided away from it.
