Our beloved Main Street church needs its historic steeple repaired. As you may know, we have been raising funds for this expensive endeavor for several years. The good news is that we now have enough to begin the needed repairs and the work is underway. The challenge is that we still have to raise about $50,000 to cover the remaining costs. Can you help us?

Happy 2024, Church Family!

Alas, there will be not services on Sunday, January 7 due to the expected snow storm. The Church Council meeting will also be postponed one week.

Tomorrow 4/17/21, we will be looking at the Total Fitness plan of Jesus found in The Greatest Commandment of Mark 12:28-31

One of the teachers of the law came and heard them debating. Noticing that Jesus had given them a good answer, he asked him, “Of all the commandments, which is the most important?”
“The most important one,” answered Jesus, “is this: ‘Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God, the Lord is one.[a] 30 Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength.’[b] 31 The second is this: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’[c] There is no commandment greater than these."

Happy Night Before Easter!
No one likes to suffer yet Easter teaches us how Christ turns suffering into redemption. We are all in this life together and we an all learn from one another and, even better, Jesus Christ.
If you don't ever go to church, never been to church of think it will burn down when you walk in I assure you it will not- Easter is a perfect time to reengage in the mystery of God and how he uses suffering for healing in particular.
Tomorrow will be a special morning for EASTER! Yay! We will first be meeting at 7:00AM for a sunrise service at 47 Pavilion Rd in Cornish. Here is a zoom link if you would like to attend that-

Following this Jim and Linda will be providing refreshments at their island home. We will convoy over as a group and directions will be given at sunrise service.
