Peace Sunday…

06/18/2026

In this message, presented this past Sunday, Pastor Janette Lyndaker Gallagher reflects on the Apostle Peter’s call to holiness, exploring how our identity in the resurrected Jesus shapes the way we live, love, and relate to others. Drawing on the witness of early Anabaptists, she shows how "living hope" in the resurrection empowers believers to live faithfully and counterculturally in a broken world. Debra Taylor reads the Scripture text from I Peter.

He is Risen!

Today, we celebrate with joy.

On Easter Sunday, we remember the story of Jesus’ resurrection—not rushing past it, but celebrating it together.

“He is not here; he has risen, just as he said.” (Matthew 28:1–10)

The stone is rolled away.
The tomb is empty.
Alleluia!
