eran Augustana (Swedish) Synod, Emanuel has joined in a series of Lutheran merges throughout this century. Now we are part of the Upstate New York Synod of the nationwide Evangelical Lutheran in America, the largest single body of Lutherans in the United States. In 2015, our congregation celebrated the 100th anniversary of its founding, greeting a second century (and continuing in a new millennium) with hope and joy!
