In John 14:9 Jesus says if you have seen Him, you have seen the Father.

Do you want to know how loving God is? Look to Christ.
How wrathful God is? Look to Christ.
How merciful? Look to Christ.
How just? Look to Christ.
How patient? Look to Christ.
How righteous? Look to Christ.

Jesus Christ is God in the flesh. When you read the Gospels, you read the very words, actions, and emotions of God. Come and see who God is.

Parenting commands from the Bible.

1) Teach your kids to know and keep the 10 commandments.
2) Teach your kids the difference between foolishness and wisdom.
3) Teach your kids what repentance is and how to do it.
4) Teach your kids that God is to be feared and treated as holy.
5) Teach your kids that God is to be loved and He is love.
6) Teach your kids to love others.
7) Teach your kids how to read the Bible, as you read it to them.
8) Teach your kids the importance of not neglecting their local church.
9) Teach your kids that Scripture and you are their wisdom, not their friends or the world.
10) Teach your kids the loving sacrifice, triumphant resurrection, and just return of Jesus Christ.

Jesus said that He did not into the earth to condemn it. Then He said because it already stands condemned. Christ came the first time to call evil for what it is. To call evil doers out of evil and into light.

Jesus teaches and declares repentance for the purpose of restoration unto Him. There is no other way.

These thoughts are simply John 3:16-21.

Being alive does not make you a child of God. You can only be a son or daughter of God if you have repented of sin and put your faith in Christ. If you are outside of Christ, you are outside God's family. Therefore, repent and come into the loving arms of the heavenly Father.

John 1:7 – But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, even to those who believe in His name, who were born, not of blood nor of the will of the flesh nor of the will of man, but of God.

No one comes to the Father but through Me. - The words of Jesus. John 14:6

If you wish to get close to God
To know God
To be in God's favor
To spend eternity with God
it must be through Jesus. That is according to Jesus Himself. Jesus negates all other methods of attempts to heaven. They won't work. That is a big claim to make about yourself. Repent and turn to Christ today to see how true His statement was and still is.

Jesus taught us to pray, "Give us this day our daily bread."

By saying this Jesus teaches that all your needs are found in and given by God. A real answer for a lack of needs could be that we refuse to submit ourselves to His Lordship and so cut ourselves off from His storehouse.

Christ didn't die so that we would live however we want, we did that already in our sin. He died that we may be free from sin.
