Four CIC families joined seven other families for a fun and faith-filled weekend of Labor Day Family Camp at Camp Agape with children ranging from age 1 to 16! With devotions and worships planned by Pastors Lisa & Michael, we studied Joshua 1:9 and explored seeing God in the world through this generation's favorite blue dog coupled with scripture and interactive activities. In the midst of summer heat, we had fun with our families and with each other through planned outdoor camp life and more extemporaneous free time. It was a great weekend and it seems everyone came home sufficiently tired! Join us next year at Labor Day Family Camp!

It was a joooooy, ja ja ja ja joooooy, ja ja ja jooooy, ja ja ja ja jooooy to hear from some of our youth today about their experiences with NC Synod outdoor ministries this summer. A wonderful reminder of the incredible faith formation (and fun!) that happens beyond our walls at big tables that everyone is invited to!
