Corfu United Presbyterian Church is a diverse group, proud of our heritage and enriched by our varied backgrounds. We join together with the purpose of worshiping Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior and making him known to our community and the world. We hold weekly services on Sundays at 10:30. Throughout the week we also provide many chances to get involved through interactive learning opportunitie

A Final Word of Gratitude

On my last official day on the job, I wanted to take a moment to offer one final word of gratitude to the Corfu community – both within and beyond the church walls. It has been a profound joy and privilege to serve as Pastor of Corfu United Presbyterian Church these past few years. I carry with me the memories, laughter, tears, and faithful witness we've shared.

Though my call is taking me to Central Presbyterian Church in Geneseo, a part of my heart will always remain here in Corfu. Thank you for the love, the grace, and the trust. May God continue to bless CUPC and the village of Corfu with hope, peace, and purpose.

This Sunday, February 1, marks Pastor Evan’s final Sunday at Corfu United Presbyterian Church. Evan began his ministry with us on October 1, 2021, following his election on August 15 of that year. After more than four years of shared ministry, he has accepted a new call to serve as Pastor of Central Presbyterian Church in Geneseo, NY.

As part of our 10:30 a.m. worship service, we will celebrate the Lord’s Supper and give thanks for the journey we have shared. The service will conclude with a Litany of Farewell as we bless this moment of transition and trust that the good work God began among us is still unfolding.

Join us in person or online as we worship the One who promises,
“I am with you always.”

What holds us together when everything feels like it’s shifting?

This Sunday, we continue our journey toward transition with a message of steady hope. We’ll hear Paul’s words to a church in flux—a reminder that while leaders may come and go, Christ remains our sure foundation, and God is still giving the growth.
