Have you ever told somebody about Released Time Bible Education and received questions as to how such programs could exist within public schools in 2022?

It is indeed legal for public school students to study the Bible, learn its life applications, and develop a walk with Christ during the school day. Seventy years ago, the Supreme Court upheld the constitutionality of Released Time programs in their Zorach v. Clauson (1952) decision. Released Time is legal and constitutional when three things are in place: instruction takes place off school grounds; students' attendance is voluntary and with parental permission; and no state or federal resources (taxpayer funds) are used.
