โšก๏ธThis isn't just a workout. It's a brain trail re-construct. How we respond to pressure can be CHANGED for the good through PRACTICING getting into the POCKET of Rest while the intensity is up. We don't practice peace when things are calm. We get there by training UNDER PRESSURE!โฃ

Most people really hate cardio and here's where the miracle is... you're going to end up loving this because we will coach you into the POCKET of REST while you're burning burning burning. (Jenny is your instructor)..... you need some type of cardio method. Could be as simple as a jump rope, jumping jacks, jog in place.... if you don't have a cardio machine, let's get creative with the quarantine. I have done many workouts where I run or walk up and down the stairs. (Or run or walk outside) Bonus: if you have a heart rate monitor that is helpful in my instruction. โฃ

โšก๏ธTotal Body Resistance: Tuesday and Thursday with Jodi Mamula as your instructor! She is a legit trainer with incredible workouts using body weight only (you can add your own resistance if you wish). You only need a 5-6 foot square space to move. โฃ
