Operation Christmas Child is underway at BridgeWay! 🎁

Through OCC, shoebox gifts filled with toys, school supplies, and personal care items are delivered to children around the world, opening doors to share the love and hope of Jesus.

We have a goal of packing 250 boxes this year—and after just one Sunday, 146 boxes have already been picked up!

This week as we continued through 1 Corinthians 12, we were reminded that the Church is one body made up of many parts. Each of us has been given gifts by the Holy Spirit—not to elevate ourselves, but to strengthen and serve one another.

That means there’s no such thing as an unimportant member of the body. We need one another, and God has intentionally given each of us a place to belong, serve, and be served.

As we begin this week, let’s ask ourselves: How can I use what God has given me to build up someone else?

Putting Sunday’s message into practice!

After hearing Kyle’s encouragement to pursue deeper community and make space for one another, the Bronders' Connection Group decided to keep the fellowship going and head out to lunch together.

It’s a simple picture of what we were reminded of on Sunday: community grows when we choose to be intentional, share life together, and make room around the table.

As we go through this week, let’s all look for simple ways to build community—invite someone to lunch, check in on a friend, or make time for a conversation with someone new.

As we celebrated our 20th anniversary last week, Kyle challenged us with a simple charge to commit to as a church family: One chapter. One hour. One person.

📖 One Chapter — stay rooted in God’s Word each day by reading at least one chapter in the Bible daily.
🙌 One Hour — make weekly worship with the church a regular rhythm.
❤️ One Person — pray for and intentionally invest in someone for the Kingdom.

Small acts of faithfulness add up over time. Let’s keep the flame lit and pass it on—together!

“O the depth of love divine, the unfathomable grace! Who shall say how bread and w**e God into man conveys!” -Charles Wesley

As we continued through 1 Corinthians, we were reminded that communion is more than a personal moment between us and God. It also reminds us that, through Christ, we have been made one body. We come to the same table, receive the same grace, and remember that no one among us is more or less redeemed, loved, or welcomed as a child of God.

As we took communion together at the close of the service, we were invited to look around at the people God has placed beside us, look up to Christ and His finished work, and look out toward a world that is watching how we live together.

This week, let’s ask ourselves: What is our life together preaching about the gospel?

What a great morning we had last Saturday at the Christian Community Action Hopeful Hearts 5K/1M Stampede! More than 25 people from the BridgeWay family came out to run, walk, and support a ministry that has been an important partner of ours for many years.

CCA serves families right here in our community by providing practical support and comprehensive services designed to alleviate suffering, bring hope, and help families move toward lasting stability. Funds raised through the Hopeful Hearts 5K go directly toward supporting that work.

We’re grateful for everyone from BridgeWay who showed up and represented our church so well—and even more grateful for the opportunity to come alongside CCA as they continue serving our neighbors in the name of Christ. ❤️
