FUMC Coppell is a work in progress church for work in progress people who seek to Love with all their heart, Grow in God’s grace, and Serve with all their strength! FUMC Coppell is a growing community of a faith built around helping people connect to, grow in, and be sent out to live the life God created us to live. What We Believe:

-In one God: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
-God is alive and act

ive in our world, that Jesus Christ is Lord and Savior, and that the Holy Spirit dwells within us as our guide.
-Every person needs God’s saving grace in their lives.
-Salvation and redemption come through faith in Jesus Christ, not through anything we do ourselves.
-All who put their trust in Jesus are made new.
-In the power of scripture as the primary rule and guide for our lives.
-We are part of Christ’s universal church with all fellow believers.

What a beautiful Sunday at FUMC Coppell! 💙

We celebrated the baptism of Baby Cameron and welcomed Shelby and Drew Cossu as new members of our church family. We are grateful to walk alongside them in faith and community as they begin this new chapter together.

The FUMC Coppell Staff-Parish Relations Committee and church leadership are delighted to announce the hiring of Abigail McAdams as our new Director of Student Ministry. Throughout the interview process with the SPRC, staff, parents, and students, Abigail distinguished herself by her deep passion for student ministry, servant-hearted leadership, and a clear sense of calling. We are thrilled to welcome Abigail to our church staff beginning July 15th, and we look forward to the ways she will help lead FUMC Coppell families and students in loving with all our heart, growing in God’s grace, and serving with all our strength.

We are grateful for the prayers and support of our church throughout this hiring process, and we are excited for all that God has in store for our current students, future students, and Abigail’s ministry at FUMC Coppell. Below is a brief note from Abigail so that you can get to know her a little better:
Growing up in a youth group deeply shaped who Abigail is today.about all that God has in store for our current and future students, as well as for Through it, she found lifelong friends and mentors who continue to be an important part of her life. Because of that experience, she is passionate about creating a similar environment where students can grow in their faith, build meaningful community, and simply have fun together. Abigail is looking forward to a great year filled with laughter, growth, and unforgettable memories.

Abigail graduated from Oklahoma State University and grew up at First United Methodist Church of McKinney. Outside of ministry, some things she loves are coffee, my cat 3G, crochet, and crafts.
