The temple can bring peace because it’s the Lord’s house—a place set apart from the noise of life where the Spirit can settle your heart and remind you of Jesus Christ, His promises, and eternity. President Thomas S. Monson taught:
“As we attend the temple, there can come to us … a feeling of peace.”
