We recently hired Witt’s Tree Service to remove the dying sycamore tree on the 6th street parking lot entrance. Witt’s will also elevate and hazard prune the trees along 6th street between Center and Coplay Streets. They will also elevate the sycamore trees along 5th street to the height of the cable TV lines. This work started on Thursday 10/15/26 and hopefully will conclude by Friday 10/16/26. Attached are some pictures.

100th Anniversary concert at St. Peter’s on 7/30/26. This concert is one of several events to celebrate.
We are grateful to these young men for sharing their skill and love of music with our Parish Community. As Pope Leo recently stated “the beauty of song (and music), can guide us towards God, satisfying the thirst for meaning and happiness that the world itself cannot quench”.

07/28/2026

Due to uncertain weather, the free concert on Thursday evening 7/30/26 from 6 to 7 PM, is being moved into the Church instead of the Rectory grounds. Thank you for your attention to this detail.
