Per Pastor George and Mrs. Karen:

Due to the incumbent weather scheduled for Saturday the evangelism event at the Rose Festival will be canceled. According to the rules of the Rose Festival participants must set up on friday afternoon. This is the only day the festival would allow participants to set up, so this means no one can set up on Saturday afternoon or even Sunday.
