“Then he said to them, “Go your way. Eat the fat and drink sweet w**e and send portions to anyone who has nothing ready, for this day is holy to our Lord.”

With great joy we look forward to our annual Church Picnic - hosted at Camp Men-O-Lan this coming LORD’s Day, August 16th.
Our church family activities begin at 10:00am as we meet for Corporate Worship - to celebrate the work of God in knitting us together in Christ as Sons and Daughters through Faith. We will worship as we normally do, and hear a sermon titled: “Sons of God, Through Faith” by Pastor Tyler.
We’ll then celebrate this communion we enjoy with the LORD and with each other by coming to the LORD’s Table for the bread and the cup.
Our communion continues after worship, as we will enjoy our picnic lunch under the pavilion - thanks to our gracious volunteers!
Later in the day, at 2:45pm we will be gathering again after some free time to hear testimonies of those being baptized.
And shortly after, we hope to baptize 6 individuals.
Praise the LORD for His working in their hearts to show their obedience to Christ in the baptism waters!
We will see the character of the LORD demonstrated before us - that He saves sinners, washes their consciences clean, and raises them to new life in this outward demonstration of what the LORD has done inwardly within them; that they’ve been awakened from the dead and by grace have been made alive to God through faith in Christ Jesus.
