We do not offer the traditional Sunday service with the customary sermons. Canaan Community Church aspires to ignite a passion and love for Jesus Christ through the systematic teachings of the Bible among its congregants, and desires for each person to cultivate a deep and everlasting relationship with our Heavenly Father.

Happy Father's Day to all the incredible fathers who lead their families with love and wisdom! Today, we celebrate and honor the vital role fathers play in nurturing and guiding their children.
Proverbs 22:6: “Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it.”
Ephesians 6:4: “Fathers, do not provoke your children to anger, but bring them up in the discipline and instruction of the Lord.”
These verses remind us of the sacred responsibility fathers have in shaping the hearts and minds of their children. We are grateful for their dedication and the unwavering support they provide.
As we cherish our earthly fathers, let us also give glory and praise to our Heavenly Father. Thank You for blessing us with fathers who reflect Your love and guidance. 🙏❤️

A Father's Prayer
Heavenly Father,
I come before You with a humble heart, seeking Your guidance and wisdom as I strive to be the father You have called me to be. I am grateful for the blessing of my children and the opportunity to lead them with love and faith. Lord, I ask that You fill me with Your divine wisdom, that I may nurture and guide them in Your ways, just as You have shown us through Your infinite love and patience.
Help me to model integrity, kindness, and strength, so that my actions may reflect Your teachings. Let my words be gentle and full of encouragement, uplifting my children and instilling in them the values of compassion, honesty, and respect.
Father, grant me the courage to lead by example, prioritizing You in all aspects of my life. May I always seek Your counsel in times of uncertainty, and may Your presence be a constant source of strength and comfort. Guide each step I take and protect my family with Your loving embrace.
I pray for the wisdom to balance discipline with grace, and to nurture an environment where my children feel safe, loved, and valued. Help me to be present in their lives, celebrating their joys and supporting them through challenges.
Thank You, Lord, for Your unwavering love and guidance. May I always look to You as the ultimate example of fatherhood, striving to reflect Your goodness in all that I do.
