Great morning from Creating New Lives

Today, let’s talk about impulse reactions.
What does it look like when you’re faced with something that you know isn’t right or when you feel you’ve been treated unfairly? Do you react immediately, or do you pause, seek God, and wait for His direction?

All of us experience moments when emotions run high. We may feel misunderstood, hurt, or wronged. In those moments, our first impulse might be to speak out in anger, seek revenge, or make a quick decision. But as followers of Christ, we are called to respond differently.

An impulse reaction can lead us into words and actions that we later regret. It can cause us to step outside of God’s will and into disobedience. Wisdom often comes not in the first reaction, but in the decision to wait on God before responding.

Instead of asking, “How can I prove my point?” ask, “How can I honor God in this moment?” Sometimes the greatest act of faith is choosing silence until God gives you peace and direction.Amen

Have a blessed day, and may God help each of us choose His wisdom over our impulses.

Great morning from Creating New Lives!

I pray you’re having a blessed day.I just wanted to hop on and share a word of encouragement.

Today, let’s talk about giving yourself some grace.Sometimes we feel like we’ve done so much wrong that we can’t forgive ourselves. Sometimes we think we’ve hurt too many people or made too many mistakes to deserve another chance.

But God never intended for us to spend our lives weighed down by guilt, shame, or regret. Our God is a forgiving God. If God can forgive us, why can’t we forgive ourselves? If God extends grace and mercy to us, we should be willing to receive that same grace for our own lives.

We must learn to love ourselves where we are while allowing God to transform us into who He has called us to be. When we repent and turn to Him, He forgives us, changes our hearts, renews our minds, and washes away our sins.

Don’t keep carrying what God has already forgiven. Accept His grace, walk in His mercy, and trust that His love is greater than your past.

Remember, there is nothing you have done that is too great for God’s forgiveness. Give yourself the grace that God has already given you.Amen.

Great morning from Creating New Lives Ministry!

Today, we’re going to begin with the man in the mirror. When you look in the mirror, what do you see? Do you see your brother, your sister, your cousin, the man on the corner, the pr******te, or the pimp? No—you see yourself.

With that in mind, remember this: the only person you can truly change is you, and lasting change comes only through the help of God.

Many times, we believe we have to be perfect or have everything together before we can come into God’s presence. But when God says, “Come as you are,” He isn’t talking about your clothing. He’s saying, come broken, come scared, come uncertain, come without all the answers, come even when you feel like you lack what you need.

Everything you lack can be found in Him. He will fill every empty place as you begin to follow His will, His Word, and His way.

So today, don’t focus on changing everyone else. Allow God to transform the person in the mirror. As He changes you, your life becomes a testimony that points others to Him.

Amen.

Great morning from Creating New Lives! Happy Monday to all!

Let us thank God for waking us up to see a day we have never seen before. Today, let’s begin with a prayer of thanksgiving for all He has done, all He is doing, and all He is yet to do.

Father God, we come before You today with humble hearts, giving You all the honor, glory, and praise. We ask that You forgive us for anything we have said, thought, or done that was not pleasing in Your sight.
Lord, thank You for waking us up this morning and allowing us to see a brand-new day. Thank You for clothing us in our right minds and giving us the strength to rise and continue our journey. We thank You for watching over us and our children as we slept and slumbered through the night.
Father, thank You for sending Your Son, Jesus Christ, and for the unconditional love You have shown us. Thank You for Your grace, Your mercy, and Your faithfulness. Thank You for being our Healer, our Way Maker, our Peace Keeper, our Provider, and our loving Father.

Today, we ask You for nothing but simply pause to thank You for everything. We know that You sit on the throne, and because You are King, we will not fear or be consumed by the troubles of this world. You are awesome, wonderful, magnificent, and worthy of all praise. You are our Abba Father, and we need You every minute, every second, every hour, and every day.

We thank You for protecting us as we travel on the highways and byways. We ask for Your hand of protection over our children throughout the summer. We bind every spirit that seeks to harm or mislead them. In the mighty name of Jesus, we come against the spirits of su***de, promiscuity, jealousy, anger, and every attack of the enemy. Cover them with Your love, wisdom, and peace.
Father, anything we have failed to ask according to Your perfect will, we trust You to provide. We give You all the glory and all the praise. In Jesus’ mighty and matchless name we pray,

Amen.

Restoration

Great morning from Creating New Lives!

As I was cleaning my bathroom this morning, something came to my mind. Many times, when we’re part of a ministry, a church, or a team, we don’t want the jobs that require us to clean the bathroom, sweep the floor, or mop. Yet those very tasks create a clean, safe environment for everyone else.

In the same way, God calls us to help clean up sin—not by condemning people, but by pointing them to Him. Too often, people run away from the very One who can make them clean. But Jesus is the One who washes us, restores us, and makes us new.

Just as cleaning a bathroom removes germs and creates a safe place for others, God to cleanse our hearts removes the things that separate us from Him. Amen

God calls us to do His will, follow His Word, and do things His way. We are to testify, be witnesses, extend grace. When we have experienced God’s cleansing for ourselves, we can help others find that same hope and extend that same grace.Amen

PS. Enjoy this Beautiful Saturday🙌🏾❤️👏🏾

Prayer of Reset

Father, thank You for meeting us during this week of reset. Search our hearts and reveal anything that is keeping us from fully trusting You. Help us surrender every burden, every fear, and every area of disobedience. Teach us to walk in faith, love, and obedience so that we may fulfill the purpose You have for our lives. In Jesus’ name, amen.

Great morning from Creating New Lives!

As our week of Reset comes to an end, take a moment to reflect. What are some things God has revealed to you during this reset? What areas have you not fully trusted Him with? What have you struggled to let go of? Where have you withheld love, obedience, or surrender?

During my own reset this week, God showed me that I have not fully trusted Him with my daughters. So today, I make the decision to place my children back into His hands, knowing that He loves them even more than I do and has a perfect plan for their lives.

We can say we trust God. We can say we’re doing everything right. But if we’re honest, there are still areas where we hold on instead of surrendering. We don’t always realize how our disobedience delays what God is trying to do in our lives. We don’t always see how our lack of showing up, our lack of faith, or our lack of love can hinder the very help and direction God is providing.

This reset is an invitation to let God truly be God. Amen

PS: Be blessed
