Good morning from Creating New Lives! 🙏🏽✨

I pray everybody is having a great Friday morning! It’s early, the holiday weekend is coming, we're praying everyone has a safe and blessed Labor Day weekend. ❤️

But I just wanted to hop on real quick and ask you something:

Can you imagine if Jesus showed up right now?

Can you imagine if Jesus showed up while you were doing something you knew you weren’t supposed to be doing? Can you imagine if He showed up and you weren’t walking in the way God called you to walk?

How would that look?
How would you feel?

Don’t get caught in a position of disobedience when God is calling you into purpose.

Sometimes we don’t realize that there are promises connected to our obedience. God has already made a way, already prepared the promise, but we have to be willing to walk in His way, His Word, and His will.

Can you imagine Jesus showing up in your life and finding you not living up to the full potential God placed inside of you?

Today, let’s examine ourselves. Let’s ask God to help us get back in alignment. Let’s stop making excuses, stop delaying, and start walking in obedience.

Because you never know when Jesus is going to show up.

Are you going to be ready?

Amen! 🙏🏽❤️

Great morning from Creating New Lives! 🙏🏽✨

I pray everyone is having a great Thursday!

Let’s talk a little bit about mistakes. We’re human, and because we’re human, we are going to make mistakes. But what do we do when we make them?

Do we blame others for our mistakes?
Do we dwell in the past?
Do we allow our mistakes to define who we are?

The truth is, a mistake is something we made—it is not who we are. We cannot get caught up in blaming others, making excuses, or constantly looking back at what went wrong.

God never asked us to be perfect. He asked us to be willing vessels—willing to listen, willing to learn, willing to change, and willing to follow His will and His way.

Yes, we’re going to make mistakes along the way. But when we make them, we have to be willing to acknowledge them, learn from them, make the necessary changes, and keep moving forward.

Don’t let one mistake make you believe you’re a failure. Don’t let yesterday’s mistake stop today’s obedience.

God can use imperfect people who have a willing heart.

So today, don’t blame. Don’t dwell. Don’t stay stuck.

Learn from it. Give it to God. Get back up. And keep walking.

Amen!

Great morning from Creating New Lives! 🙏🏽✨

I pray everybody is having a wonderful Wednesday! Today is the day that the Lord has made; let us rejoice and be glad in it! đź’›

As the seasons change, let’s allow God to change our hearts and our minds. Let’s open our hearts and open our minds to receive what God has for us. Sometimes, God is trying to take us into a new season, but we’re holding on to what belongs in the old one.

Be open. Be willing. Be obedient. There is something new that God wants to do in you and through you!

Have a blessed and wonderful Wednesday! 🙏🏽❤️

Great morning from Creating New Lives! 🌅

Thank You, Lord God, for allowing US to see another day, another month, and another hour! 🙏🏽

September is here, and I don’t take it for granted. Every breath, every moment, and every new day is a blessing. God has given us another opportunity to get it right, to walk in His purpose, to trust His plan, and to be a blessing to someone else.

I’m grateful for another day, another month, another hour, and another chance! ❤️

Lord, order our steps this month. Give us wisdom, strength, peace, and the courage to walk out everything You have called us to do.

Happy September! Let’s make this month count! 🙏🏽✨

Great morning from Creating New Lives! 🙏🏽✨

I pray everyone is having a miraculous Monday!

Let’s talk a little bit about VISION. 👀

Everybody has a vision for their life. We make vision boards. We have visions and plans for what we want to accomplish after college. We have visions for our children and what we want them to do when they go back to school. We make plans for our careers, our families, our finances, and our future.

But the question is: Are we willing to follow the vision that God has for your life?

Sometimes we get so focused on what we want to see and how we want to see it that we overlook the vision God has already given us.

We can make all the plans and provisions we want, but at the end of the day, nothing happens that God does not allow. We have to stop thinking we’re accomplishing everything by our own strength. It is the strength of the Lord that keeps us, carries us, opens doors, and gives us the ability to move forward.

We have to get our vision in alignment with God before it’s too late.

You have to see it before you see it! But don’t get so caught up in your vision that you miss God’s vision for your life.

Ask yourself today:

“Lord, what do You see for me?”
“Lord, what is Your vision for my life?”
“Am I following Your plan or just asking You to bless mine?”

Because sometimes the greatest thing God can do is redirect our vision so we can walk into His purpose.

Get your vision intact. Trust God. Follow His way. And don’t miss what He has for you! Amen!

Great evening from Creating New Lives! ❤️
I pray everyone is having a wonderful Friday!

I just wanted to hop on and talk a little bit about FEELINGS.

We all have feelings. We feel like we want to do this, we feel like we want to do that. We feel like we’re in love, and sometimes we feel like we’re not in love. We feel hurt, disappointed, angry, excited, and sometimes we simply feel like doing what we want to do.

But have we ever stopped and asked ourselves, “How does God feel?”

We are so quick to follow our feelings when it comes to people, relationships, decisions, and the things we want. But what happens when God is telling us to do something and our feelings say, “I don’t want to”?

What happens when God is pushing us to walk away, but our feelings tell us to stay?
What happens when God tells us to forgive, but our feelings say, “They don’t deserve it”?
What happens when God tells us to move, but our feelings say, “I’m comfortable right here”?

We have to learn that our feelings cannot always lead us.

God’s Word, God’s will, and God’s way have to come before how we feel.

So today, let’s take a step back and ask ourselves:

Am I allowing my feelings to control my obedience?

Because just as we care about how we feel, we should also stop and consider how God feels when we continually choose our own way instead of obeying His way.

Sometimes obedience won’t feel good.
Sometimes obedience won’t make sense.
Sometimes obedience will require us to put our feelings to the side.

But obedience is still obedience—even when it doesn’t feel good.

Let’s stop letting our feelings have the final say and start allowing God’s Word to have the final say.

God, help me to put my feelings aside so I can follow Your will, Your Word, and Your way. Amen. 🙏🏽❤️

Great afternoon from Creating New Life!

We pray everyone is having a wonderful Thursday—a wonderful rainy Thursday!

Let’s talk about the rain. Most people don’t like to come outside when it’s raining. Some people don’t like to do the things they normally do when the rain comes. But literally, we know that rain has a purpose.

Without the rain, nothing can grow. The rain may make the journey uncomfortable, but it is also preparing the ground for something new.

Sometimes God allows a little rain in our lives—not to stop us, but to grow us, strengthen us, and prepare us for what’s coming next.

So don’t despise your rainy season. You may not understand what God is doing right now, but trust that He is working even when the sky is gray.

The rain may be falling, but so is God’s purpose! Amen

Keep walking. Keep trusting. Keep growing.

Great afternoon from Creating New Life!

I pray everyone is having a wonderful and blessed Hump Day!

Just a quick recap from last night’s Bible study. Minister KC gave us a powerful word on being thankful. We cannot only be thankful when everything is going well. We have to learn to thank God even when the trials and tribulations are heavy.

No matter what season we are in—whether it’s a season of joy, waiting, testing, or stretching—we still have a reason to be thankful. God is still God in the good times, and He is still God in the difficult times.

Our circumstances may change, but our gratitude should remain. 🙌🏽

So today, take a moment and thank God—not just for what He has done, but for who He is!

Be thankful in every season. ❤️
