🚗 Life Skills Class: Basic Car Maintenance

Join us on Saturday, June 20th from 12:00–1:00 PM as we learn simple car maintenance skills everyone should know, including checking fluids, tire care, warning lights, and more.

This free community class is designed to help you feel more confident behind the wheel and under the hood!

🇺🇸 Today, we pause to remember and honor the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. Their sacrifice gave us freedoms we often take for granted, and we are deeply thankful.

🔥 Wear Your Red This Sunday! 🔥

Tomorrow is Pentecost Sunday, and we invite everyone to wear red as we celebrate the coming of the Holy Spirit and remember the tongues of fire described in Acts 2. ❤️

After service, we would love to gather everyone for a church family group picture, so be sure to wear your favorite red shirt, dress, tie, or accessory!

We can’t wait to worship together and celebrate this special Sunday as a church family ✨

⚾️❤️ Photo dump from such an incredible day!

We had the absolute best time cheering on the Horry County Special Olympics Pilots and the Wake County, NC team today. Seeing these athletes play with so much heart, joy, and determination is truly something special 💙

A huge thank you to both teams for allowing us to be part of such a historic day, and thank you to all of the amazing volunteers from Poplar Community Church who helped serve the post game meal and fellowship afterwards 🍽️🙌

Days like today are such a beautiful reminder of what community is all about. We are already looking forward to the next one ⚾️✨

⚾ What an exciting day for these incredible athletes!

Today the Horry County Special Olympics Pilots are making history in South Carolina’s first ever Special Olympics Baseball Game, and we are cheering them on every step of the way! ❤️🤍💙

Good luck to the Pilots as they take on Wake County, NC this afternoon at Socastee High School from 1–3 PM. We know y’all are going to do amazing things out on that field!

After the game, Poplar Community Church will be providing the post game meal at Myrtle Beach Golf & Yacht Club at 4 PM. We’re looking forward to a wonderful time of food, fellowship, and celebrating these athletes and all they’ve accomplished.

Go Pilots! ⚾👏

A big thank you to Mr. Hardwick for leading today’s Basic Home Maintenance Life Skills Class at Poplar Community Church! We appreciate you taking the time to share your knowledge, answer questions, and help others learn practical skills they can use every day.

We are so thankful for people in our community who are willing to pour into others and make a difference. Thank you again, Mr. Hardwick, for a great class! 🔨🏠💙
